The superb condo is a spacious and serene corner unit located on the third floor, boasting 1,600 square feet of luxurious living space. This beautifully designed condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample privacy and comfort for all guests.


We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests.

This prime location offers quick access to multiple pools and the Piña Shack, a full-service poolside bar, ensuring you can enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks without venturing far. The unit is close to the sports complex and the pedestrian gate, which provides easy entry to the town. Located within a gated community with roving security, the unit offers peace of mind and a safe environment.

Enjoy an updated kitchen, equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar that seats four. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

The PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX offers guests access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is NOT provided.

Wonderful condo

We so enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed in an excellent location. We loved that it backed up to the pools, the grounds were beautiful and enjoyed the access to the private beach club. Check in and out went seamless. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

2 night stay before flying out

After a week near Lake Arenal and Potrero, we needed a spot to land for 2 nights near the airport. Coco was Such a surprise. We rented golf carts, but didn’t need them. The condo was perfect for 4 adults, 3 kids. Clean, well stocked and beautiful pool setting. Everything was as photos show. Market and great food nearby. Daniela with Rich Coast tours arranged a morning on the water and a shuttle to the airport. Will do it again for a longer stay. Management very accommodating with early checkin.
