If you're seeking convenience, the town is just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the condominium, allowing easy access to the vibrant atmosphere, local attractions, and dining options. The nearest supermarket is only minutes away, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Please note that to access the condo complex, you need to pass through a short distance where the road is not paved. Overall, the road conditions are good, but there is a small unpaved section just before reaching the hill that leads upward. During the rainy season, this area can develop some holes, so if you are driving through, you'll need to go slowly. The complex can be reached by any type of car, and this section of road does not require a 4x4. However, it may be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Guests will need to go down 3 flight of about 10 stairs each. There is no elevator available and this is the only entrance to the unit. The condo is located on the same level as the pool.

To access the complex, guests will need to traverse a section of unpaved road that ascends uphill in elevation. It's worth noting that any vehicle, regardless of size or type, can comfortably navigate this route to reach the condo. However, if you're considering not having a vehicle during your stay at the complex, please take this into consideration. In such cases, we recommend renting a golf cart with larger wheels and a robust engine to ensure it can manage the uphill terrain with ease. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities, and we want to make sure your transportation needs are met during your stay.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.


The unit is located on the same floor as the pool around 20 steps down from the main entrance. It might not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
