Very beautiful location. Unfortunately we were not told ahead of time that there would be construction. Paying full price for this feels unfair. When I reached out to Vacasa regarding this I got no response. Few other positives: Very clean. Nice pool. Good location. Very elevation made for a beautiful drive. Lots of linens and towels. Laundry on site. Close to coco for groceries. Very big and spacious and comfortable for a group. Lots of wildlife.Negatives: the knives don't cut anything. The coffee pot carafe didn't match the coffee maker causing coffee to brew all over the place. The oven didn't work well - took an hour to make a thin pizza. No baking sheets for the oven either. We had to pack and pay for double the luggage as we were told there was no laundry machines even though there was. Regarding the construction: there's a hotel being built beside this condo. They would be hammering and drilled until 11 at night and started again at 5am. If you are looking for peace and quiet and to listen to the wildlife around, you can't hear it from the construction going on. The listing for the condo has been since updated to say there's construction going on but unfortunately at the time we booked this was not told to us. Giving the overall stay a 3/5 due to no communication from vacasa on construction.

The condo was great& clean -amazing views - the management staff was excellent and responsive. One issue is that we wanted a peaceful and quiet space but there is construction nearby which was loud and the construction stated at 6 am in the morning until 5-6 pm most days - making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaced we had to leave and go out most days instead of relaxing by the pool - owner need to put this on listing - give renters the option to rent or not - so not as peaceful as noted on listing.

We absolutely loved our stay! I would say I don’t think the listing does this location justice!! It’s beautiful, quiet, very welcoming and we had monkeys that we saw every morning and evening. This place was dreamy and everything I could’ve asked for and more. Daniel was so great to have as our host.

The condo is lovely and the view is amazing, however some essentials are missing, like a grill for BBQ’ing, and a blender for frozen drinks. It would have been very nice to have some items for the beach like foldable chairs as well. The pool water temperature was so cold it made it unbearable to swim, which was also unfortunate. The hill was formidable and getting up and down was very tough. We actually blew a tire on our rental given all the construction materials and debris potentially falling off their vehicles. Our biggest complaint was the construction noise next door. They are building a new complex and it was literally non-stop big engine brakes and vehicles, cement trucks, crane, beeping, yelling, and loud noise all the day. Some days it went on through the night with deliveries at 1am, 2am, 3am and then the whole crew would show up at 5am to start their day. Of our 2 weeks, we had about 3 days of reprieve. With single pane glass we could not sleep. Exhausting and depressing making it impossible to relax outdoors. We would very much have appreciated knowing there was construction going on next door to make an informed decision about choosing this location for a restful holiday. There is no way the construction just started given the progress of the footings so it was definitely something the owners and property manager would have known.Our property manager Daniel (who was awesome to work with) said we should get some refund back. We are still waiting for that.

Great Stay during long Weekend

The support we recieved was amazing, we got an early checking in and Daniel who was supporting us, was really on top! The place was really big, lots of room and space and it fit our needs! All of our friends were really happy about the place! Thanks guys!
