Pacifico C103 is a beautiful two-bedroom condo on the second floor of Pacifico, a high-end condominium community near Playas del Coco.



The Space:

This condo boasts a chic, modern design with a spacious floor plan and a stunning master suite, offering access to spectacular community amenities, including a beach club with excellent restaurants, a swimming pool, and a private gym.



This condo has a minimalist open-concept floor plan, with sleek white furniture, wood flooring, and throw pillows and artwork that provide “pops” of color throughout the space. The living room features a white linen sectional and ottoman, along with a TV. The space opens to a covered balcony furnished with an outdoor dining set, offering beautiful views of the gardens. The balcony can be accessed through a floor-to-ceiling glass door that welcomes an abundance of natural light into the unit.



The well-stocked kitchen features high-end granite countertops, elegant white cabinets, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and a stainless steel sink. Between the kitchen and the living room sits a white dining table with six seats.



The unit can accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom is both spacious and beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, a TV, and vibrant artwork and decor. It features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and a double-sink vanity with under-sink cabinet storage. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and provides access to a separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity.



As a guest at Pacifico C103, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and offers 24/7 security.



You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes a private gym, two infinity pools, fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.



This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot in front of the building. Small breed pets are welcome, but an extra cleaning fee and pet deposit apply — read more about our pet policy below.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
