We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Casas Sol y Luna offers two identical, side-by-side homes, each with its own private entrance, kitchen, living space, and pool. Together, the property provides the perfect balance of shared experience and personal space — ideal for multi-family travel, groups of friends, or retreats.

Each home features an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and seamless access to a covered patio and private pool. Backing onto a wildlife corridor, the setting is quiet and surrounded by nature.

Guests enjoy two fully equipped kitchens, two living areas, two private pools, and all the comforts of home — including Starlink Wi-Fi, A/C in every room, full laundry, and covered parking.

Good to Know
* Located in a new gated development (some nearby construction may be ongoing)
* Guests should have a rental vehicle to get between the property and local amenities (most vendors will not rent golf carts to this area)
* 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco
* 40-minute drive to Guanacaste Airport (LIR)
* Homes are side-by-side but fully independent
* Single-level homes (no stairs)

Getting to the home is easy by car or private transfer. We can book you a rental car and do not recommend renting this property without transportation from the house to the town and beach. We don't have Uber here and taxis can be difficult to coordinate.
