SPACES:
This bright and beautiful condo has 2 beds, 2 baths, boasts a spacious and sparkling kitchen that seamlessly blends into a comfortable living room with a smart TV and a peaceful porch overlooking a serene pool.
Guests can visit the 7 total pools located throughout the complex at their leisure. The condo is conveniently located between both Ocotal and Coco Beach with the center of Coco just 10 minutes drive away. Ocotal Beach is less than 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk away and voted one of the cleanest (blue flag rated) and quietest beaches around; with great snorkeling, swimming, fishing & horse back riding. Many guided tours are available to see the breathtaking volcanoes, rain forests, ocean life and waterfalls Costa Rica has to offer!

Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with bedding and extra linens, ensuite full bathroom, AC and a full view of the pool below. Guests will find a 43” smart TV with apps installed and a nice sized closet & dresser for their things.

Second Bedroom:
The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom just steps away. In this bedroom, guests will find AC, a dresser for storage, and views of the trees outside.
Right outside the second bedroom, guests will find the washer and dryer in the closet.

Kitchen:
This pristine and sparkling kitchen is newly updated with upscale appliances, quartz counter tops, an island with 4 bar stools, a nice size pantry and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you’d need to make a meal at home including all the necessities such as pots/pans, a blender, coffee maker, toaster, handheld mixer and more. The kitchen is an open floor plan, blending seamlessly with the living room.

Living Room:
The living room has a nice sized couch to cuddle up and watch a movie at the end of a long day in paradise.

AC and WIFI are available throughout the space.

Complex/Pool:
The condo is an upstairs unit (must be able to climb stairs!) located in a safe and quiet complex. The complex features free parking, security on site and is about a 20 minute walk all the way around. Throughout this complex are 7 different pools guests can visit at their leisure. One of the many beautiful pools is right outside the condo and can be seen from the master bedroom; featuring large palm trees, an outdoor shower and cabana. The grounds are always taken great care of and just walking through the complex is a nice activity. At the top of the complex is one of our favorite pools: the infinity pool with amazing views of the mountains beyond. Be sure to visit all the pools to choose your favorite one!

Other Things to Note:
Guests have access to the whole condo unit and the complex.

This is an UPSTAIRS UNIT! Guests will need to be able to climb stairs to reach it.

We are hosts based out of the USA and this is our first international Airbnb! We have really tried to support the local economy here by hiring a Costa Rican team to help us with our endeavors! While we feel confident in our decision, please be understanding this is a different country with a different culture and things move just a bit slower than the USA, Canada or even Europe! While we do respond quickly and efficiently we hope you can adopt the Pura Vida (slowed down, “take it easy”) mindset while in this amazing country! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
