The Shiny Diamond in Sarasota is your home away from home. The tropically MODERN decorated interior sets the mood for a relaxing stay. From the minute you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise!

Take a plunge in the private pool or relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink as you enjoy the views from the screened lanai . For the cook in the group there is a gas grill available for use.

The kitchen has been updated with beautiful CONTEMPORARY cabinetry and granite counter-tops. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!

The Split plan layout is perfect for 10 friends and families traveling together, everyone enjoys their personal space with plush clean bedding, exceptional pillows, TVs and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a slider that opens to the screened lanai as well as an ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms are bright and cheerful featuring with 2 king beds in one and the other has a (1)bunk bed and (1)twin bed. The 2 bathrooms are stylishly updated and have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are beach towels, and all linens.

Located minutes from Siesta Key, it has easy access to many Sarasota restaurants & shops.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms.
Recreational amenities at the vacation home include an outdoor pool.
Pool heating and jacuzzi is available for an additional $20 per day, $125/week, or $260/for 2 weeks or $360 for 3 weeks and $430/ per month.

Fantastic Spot

House was very clean. Kids loved the pool. Great location in close proximity to grocery, restaurants and short drive to the beach. Definitely worth it and will look to return again next year.

The house had everything we could possibly imagine: peaceful, back porch for meals and pool access; well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepped meals if needed; pool had tones of floaties for the kids; backyard propane grill; beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards; comfy beds and furnishings; and wow nice coffee maker and Ninja blender!!! Place was really clean and well maintained. Location was also great very close to the beach and close enough to nice restaurants! We loved our stay!

Pulling up to the Shiny Diamond we were a bit concerned because it didn't look the nicest, but once inside, it was just like the pictures! Very clean and roomy! There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The bunk beds were so nice and big and could easily sleep two people each. The beds were also very comfortable. The only complaint we had really is that the main shower did not drain well. We probably could've bought some draino and tried that but we didn't. We also didn't tell the owners it wasn't draining probably or they probably would have done something to fix the problem. They were very easy to communicate with. The property is a great location just minutes away from beautiful beaches, stores and restaurants! We would def stay here again!

Pulling up to this house, I was a bit worried. The outside could use some attention, but as we unlocked the door, we were met with an adorable, clean place for our family to make memories for the week. The location was very central for us to travel to the airport, to the beach, to shopping, to eat, etc. We didn't drive more than 25 minutes to get anywhere. The pool was what attracted us to this house, and it didn't disappoint. It was big enough for our 7 kids to play for endless hours, while I could sit on the tanning ledge and watch or try to read a book without getting splashed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the essentials were provided. Overall, it was a great place for our family to stay for the week!

As good as advertised!

My family of 8 stayed at the Shiny Diamond over Spring Break and couldn’t be happier with the property. We had plenty of sleeping space, the pool and patio were truly as big as the pictures show, and communication with the host was seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

We really had a great time staying at this place! It is in a quiet neighborhood. We are a family of 8 and this home was perfect for us all! The house has well furnished bedrooms! Well stocked kitchen. I did miss my Keurig coffee maker that I am used to having at home. There is a great coffe pot there so brewed my coffee like that which was fine but a Keurig would be a great addition to the kitchen in my opnion. :) We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you !

Great property!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful month at The Shiny Diamond! We love the open layout of this home and the pool and hot tub. The house location is perfect for a trip to Siesta Key Beach and is surrounded by all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want.Our interactions with the owners/property managers were always easy. I recommend this home.

Great location!

Property was great! The pool and hot tub are fantastic. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for us. Everything you’ll need is less than 10mins from the property. Siesta Key Beach was amazing and lived up to the hype. We payed the extra fee to heat the pool and hot tub, I would highly recommend this option at this time of year making night swims a highlight for the kids.

Good time in Sarasota

The house itself was very good. Laid out well and very comfortable with all the required amenities of a rental property. The pool area was not addressed as well as the house, but the hot tub was very comfortable. The outside of the property was not maintained very well too. The neighborhood was very quiet but a little on the downside.

Fantastic stay cut short

This property really is fantastic. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short to avoid hurricane Milton but will definitely be coming back to this villa when we can. Everything about the villa is great, lovely big open planned kitchen, livingroom and dining area. Massive fridge freezer, big TV, comfy couch! The villa was extremely clean and tidy also. We were a group of 8 (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 infants) and there was lots of room. The pool area really makes this place a 10/10 there is a great shallow area for the infants to sit on and play in and then the main part of the pool is really deep for the older ones to jump into etc. Can’t wait to come back and this time hopefully avoid a hurricane.!!

Amazing family vacation!

We loved the location- close to everything. The pool was amazing for our little kids- loved the sun deck! Clean and close to siesta key- about 9 min to the beach! Loved the large sliding doors so I could see the kids if they were taking a sun break- a great family vacation! Comes with beach chairs, wagon, and cooler for the beach.

Spring break in Sarasota

We loved the Shiny Diamond! We had 3 moms and 6 boys and there was plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed the pool! It was very close to Siesta Key beach. The house was very clean upon arrival and communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend the Shiny Diamond!

Winter 2024 Sarasota Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Even though the weather was unusually cool we made good use of the spa. The location made it easy to get Siesta Beach, many restaurants and golf courses. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and even brought us a new propane tank for the grill.

Great location

The space was perfect for our family of 9. Grocery is about 5 min drive, beach and St Armand’s Circle was 18-30 min drive depending on time of day. Pool and spa were great to have however communication could be better with host. Having them heated is $20/day additional fee, which I was aware of. They are managed with an iPad at the house that has a code. In order to turn up the heat, payment for heating has to be made before they give you the code. Spa and pool can not be heated at the same time, it’s either/or. Took us awhile to figure that out. When pool is being heated it’s circulating spa water as well. Just so you’re aware if everything has been off it can take 2-3 hrs for spa to get hot. Aside from that confusion, everything you need in the kitchen is available. They even provided body wash and shampoo which is a nice bonus. It was great to have wagon and beach chairs also!

Can't wait to go back!

We loved the Shiny Diamond for our vacation home for 10 days in December. The layout is perfect for all ages. The house is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and Siest Key Beach. The neighbors were all super friendly and we felt very safe. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal for 2 or 12. The house was very clean and very modern, with well-kept furnishings. The pool is a huge bonus. Worked fantastic and is kept very clean. We had our 2-year-old grandson with, and the splash pad area was a huge bonus for us! Outdoor area is actually larger that it appears in the photos. Very comfortable and relaxing. The owners were amazing to communicate with, very prompt with answering questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again.
