Our beautifully decorated home features a heated screened pool, a huge fenced yard, and all the comforts for a relaxing time away from home. Enjoy nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions; then relax in style with room for the whole family. It's the perfect spot to unplug, unwind, and make memories!

Our home is professionally decorated with a coastal design to give a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Come escape the winter and recharge. The home is outfitted to make the stay of up to 8 guests comfortable and enjoyable, indoors and outdoors.

Guests love the prime location in a quiet, quaint, residential neighborhood but just minutes away from restaurants, world class shopping, groceries stores and entertainment! Looking for the beach? Siesta beach, the #1 beach in the US, is a 30 min drive from the house. Other wonderful beaches are within a 20 min drive.

Every room has been outfitted for maximum comfort. The bedrooms feature plush bedding, extra pillows and comfy beds, plus ample storage for your personal belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with tools to create wonderful meals or quick snacks. Coffee, creamers and sugar are always complimentary.

The pool is heated year round and screened to keep the bugs away! Pool toys are provided for the family's entertainment. The garage has been converted into a playroom, with a basketball arcade game and a ping pong table! Books for all ages and board games are also on site. And in case you are looking for a little extra fun, access is provided to the community tennis courts. Rackets and balls provided as well.

The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, a walk in closet and a 55" TV. A baby pack-and-play is available at the property in case your party includes an infant. This room has direct access to the pool!

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a huge closet. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and another large closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are complimentary.

The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a queen size bed, if additional sleeping space is needed. The central location of this room makes it the perfect spot for the 65" Roku TV.

To round it all up, the huge, fully-fenced back yard is the final touch for your relaxing vacation. Let kids and pets run free without worries! Backyard games and a grill are also provided to add to the fun.

University Town Center, a world class shopping and restaurant area is only a few minutes away. Places to go out on a walk and enjoy the weather and sunshine abound. Enjoy the theater? The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall at Sarasota Bay features anything from Broadway shows to local productions. Orchestra, ballet, concerts... Sarasota has it all! And traveling into Sarasota is a breeze with the convenient Sarasota Bradenton (SRQ) airport less than 10 min away from the home.
