Private Villa steps to Lido Beach

Beautiful private villa located across the street from Lido Beach and a 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Villa has private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Inside there is a Master bedroom with King size bed, tv and large closet. The second room is an office/den and can sleep 2 additional adults or 3 children. The living room has 60" TV new couch and love seat, bright beach feel. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would have in the comforts of your own home. Full cable and wifi included. The villa also comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and mini cooler for the beach.

We had an amazing trip! The villa was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to bring everything to the beach in. It is close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Thank you for helping yo make our trip wonderful!

Hosts had great communication throughout the stay. Very clean. Nice patio. Really liked the outdoor shower to get sand off before going inside. Beds very comfortable. Walk to the beach was a bit longer only because the closer beach entry was baracaded by the city. Kitchen had everything you would need except a pizza cutter (or I couldn't find it). Wasn't preparing anything other than a frozen pizza after 1200 miles. Be sure to ask for the Harry Potter wand to turn kitchen light on..lol. Wasn't really an issue because we made very simple meals every night, but there were no empty cabinets or pantry to put groceries. We just put them on the counter. Not a big deal but if you plan on cooking bigger meals or staying more than a few nights, space would be helpful. If we ever go back to Sarasota, this will be the place we stay at.

Lido Beach Villa

We stayed here for 4 nights and it felt like home. The Villa is spacious with everything you need. The beach is a block away and St Armands Circle only a short walk. We did not need a car. Heidi and Jerry have done an amazing job. We will definitely come back.

Great time in Sarasota

Heidi and Jerry are wonderful hosts - we were in touch before our arrival and during our stay. The location is perfect - a short walk to beautiful Sarasota beach, and the villa is spacious and sunny with a very private and pleasant courtyard. The bed is comfortable. Loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Great location

We stayed at this property to get some vacation time in while also visiting family and it was fantastic. The property is in a great location, exactly as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and easy going. It seems that everyone who stays here has a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on our future trips down to Sarasota.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Lido Key area, our favorite place to visit! Property was perfect for our family - clean, close to the beach, and short walking distance from St. Armands Circle. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

Best VRBO ever!

Probably our best VRBO experience yet! Jerry and Heidi are the best! Super friendly and helpful. Very understanding about the crazy travel challenges we encountered. The property was perfect, clean, updated, and comfortable. Well stocked, including complimentary beach gear and bikes. Excellent patio, large and private, with a nice grill. Convenient location, just a quick walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lido is the best beach we've seen on the US Mainland. If we find ourselves back in Sarasota, we'll stay here again for sure.

Great Location and Customer Sey

We had a wonderful time and the location perfect. It's a short walk to the beach a short drive to sailing camp at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. The property has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I'd stay there again.
