Quick trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key

The price intrigued me, so I decided to look further. Carol did a remarkable job meeting all expectations. 3 miles from the beach at siesta key. Convenient to many bars, restaurants grocery store, liquor store beach. We will return again and again.

Clean and Quiet Getaway

The cleanliness of the rental is top notch. It is in a very quiet, residential area, fairly well appointed, and has easy access to beaches and various areas around Sarasota. We enjoyed our stay. Here are a few suggestions I think would help: There are 2 different numbered locks outside which made it difficult to figure out how to access the rental. It took a while to get in! An ice maker would be a fabulous addition. With no freezer in fridge, you can't make or keep ice. A couple of sharp knives would help to cut fruit, cheeses, etc. Also, a small adjustable wall mirror added to the bathroom would help with shaving or adding makeup. Directions for tv use would be helpful, as well. It can be very confusing with the two remotes, not knowing which or how to use. Other than these items, I would say it was very nicely appointed. If we had those things I listed, 5 stars would be given :) By the way, I loved those silicone coasters and when I returned home I purchased them right away on Amazon! Thank you for a nice visit!

Like a 5 stars hotel mini suite.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Carol, the hostesses, thought of everything. It is like a 5 stars hotel mini suite. Safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Peace of mind having your car parked in the driveway, only a few steps from your room. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other stores. Only 10 minutes’ drive to beautiful beaches. Will stay here for sure the next time in Sarasota. Recommended to family and friends.

A nice clean and well thought out efficiency, everything we needed was there. Host tries to anticipate the wants and needs of guest, for example beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice cooler and information of the area was available. The neighbor was nice and quiet with friendly residents. Enjoyed walking the neighbor at night and enjoying the beautiful colors of the shy at sundown. Very close to numerous vacation spots and good restaurants. Worth visiting

Quality Appearance

This was our first experience renting a vacation studio and this home was perfect for us. Everything was well presented and very clean. The studio is located in a quiet older neighborhood that is simply lovely. We were close to all key points of interest. We were so happy with our choice.

Beautifully renovated space that appears to have been a garage in its past life - no problems with heat/AC, bathroom was modern and clean, and the mattress was very comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable!

The Sarasota studio rental was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and new, and many extras were available if needed (beach chairs, beach towels, laundry facilities, kitchen supplies, desk supplies, brochures, Roku, etc). Very tastefully decorated and bright. Off street parking and private patio

Suite is clean, update and well furnished. Great place to stay to be close to Siesta Key.

Very clean studio suite and bed, shower, appliances were great. Only suggestion is to have an inexpensive mirror that can be place on bathroom window sill so men can shave. Minor issue easily resolved. Everything was wonderful.
