★Living Area:
As you enter the condo to the left, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room and sun room.
The living room features a blue couch, side tables, and ottomans. The glass dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. You will enjoy the carpeted floor that brightens the room.
The air conditioned sun room is the best feature! you can watch the golf course and it's relaxing lake and birds, and seat at the table to enjoy a cup of coffee. There's even a small desk and another TV to fully enjoy the room.
Open the sliding doors and bring in the fresh air of the golf.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishes.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
To the right of the condo, you will find a nicely decorated bedroom with a third TV, a queen-size bed and a closet with an iron and his board, vacuum cleaner, hangers and shoes storage. You have 2 large windows with shutters.

★Bathroom:
The bathroom is across from the bedroom and includes a toilet and a shower/tub combination with a curtain.

★Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom in a built-in cupboard.

★Pool:
The Longwater Chase community offers 2 communal pools. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Amenities:
There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.

★Location:
Great location as well: 10 min from UTC mall, 25 min from the famous Lido Beach or 30 from Siesta Key, 15 min from downtown Sarasota.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- HOA Application needed for all reservations - Approval required to check-in, HOA fee of $100 included in booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change
- Please, book at least 14 days prior to check-in to allow for the HOA Approval.
- We are sorry, but no pets allowed per the HOA rules.
- Non smoking, no parties.
- A truck or commercial vehicle cannot park over night, per the HOA rules
- No swimming in lakes
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
