NEW! After receiving feedback from guests regarding noise from the above unit, we have added extra sound insulation and noise-dampening rugs upstairs to help with sound, and this seems to have helped A LOT! We also heard from guests that separate AC units with ability to control the temp would be helpful, so there is now a split unit AC in this unit and guests are able to control it themselves :) We are happy to report that these changes have been successful in helping guests have the best experience possible :)
This property is a 3-unit building, and each unit serves as an Airbnb. You will have your own private entrance, as well as 1 designated parking space (street parking is also available, first-come, first-served).

Unit 2 is unique as it has the largest kitchen, built in shelves, beautiful wall treatments, and much more. The bed is king sized and it is topped with a 1.5in memory foam topper, making it one of the most comfortable sleeps you will have ever had!
The couch in this unit is a pull-out couch, and there are linens and pillows provided within the storage of the couch so that this unit can comfortably sleep 4.
There is a smart TV in this unit, with streaming capabilities. We provide a Netflix account for you to use when you're ready to unwind at night after a long day in the Florida sun!
The desk area has two large built in bookshelves flanking it, with plenty of storage, books, and treasures for you to enjoy. Whether you need to get work done during your stay, or want to have a spot to set your toiletries and make yourself at home, this area will come in hand.
The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, oven/stove combo, a sink with disposal, and open shelving with plenty of glassware, dinnerware, and more. There's an instant pot, toaster, and adorable coffee maker, and we are happy to provide a small bag of Sarasota Coffee Co. coffee to start your morning out right! There is a small table in the kitchen with two chairs, and there are two other chairs in the unit you can pull up to the table so that it comfortably seats 4!
In the bathroom you will find all of the towels you need, as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner so you don't have to pack your own.
You are sure to find comfort in this unit as the focus is YOU and your best vacation. It's hard to find a smaller unit that has such attention to detail and emphasis on small-scale luxury, but we assure you that you will find it here.
All of unit 2 is yours to access! There is also a laundry room (shared) on the side of the building (special hours apply).
Please note that there are TWO OTHER UNITS on this property that will more than likely be occupied during your stay at the Hollingsworth. Like a hotel or apartment, there is potential for noise; however, we ask that our guests all follow our quiet hour rules, and expect that they will.
There are multiple seating areas outside that are open to all units. Guests are free to talk and mingle. Please be respectful of other persons!

****Potential for noise: this is a bottom floor unit and it is very likely that the top floor unit will be occupied while you stay with us. Like any other hotel or apartment, you may hear footsteps overhead. We ask that all guests abide by our quiet time hours: 10pm-7am. ***CLEANING:
Our cleaning team does a superb job and you will not be required to clean prior to check out beyond small, normal tasks like locking the doors and windows, turning off the lights, doing dishes, etc. However, any guest mishaps, no-shows, damage, late check outs, etc will incur a fee via the cleaning company we use and will be charged to the guest.
