Relax at Nottingham Beach Bungalow, an updated Sarasota getaway tucked on a quiet residential cul-de-sac just a short drive from Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, SRQ Airport, restaurants, grocery stores, and local favorites.

This cozy one-bedroom bungalow includes two additional sleeper areas, a remodeled bathroom, a stocked kitchen, T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi, smart-lock self check-in, beach gear, assigned parking for 2 cars, a private front-yard outdoor dining table & umbrella with seating for 4 and a private charcoal grill. Access to the fenced shared backyard with a fire pit, lounge and seating area and a brand new shared propane grill.


Please note: this home is one side of a duplex. The front yard is separated by a privacy-screen divider to give privacy to both sides of the duplex when guests use the front yard. The backyard is shared with the neighboring duplex unit and a separate guest cottage on the property. There is also a shared wall with the adjoining unit, so you may occasionally hear neighboring guests. Quiet hours are required so everyone can enjoy their stay. Minut sound decibel devices monitor the property.


Nottingham Beach Bungalow is designed for guests who want a comfortable, convenient Sarasota stay near the beach without paying beach-island prices.


Inside, you’ll find a bright dining area with a high-top table for 4 and cafe table for 2 (that can also function as a a dedicated workspace), a comfortable living room with blue velvet futon-style sleeper sofa and pop-up coffee table, a remodeled bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, one main bedroom, and an enclosed Florida sunroom that gives the home extra lounge and sleeping space.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Main bedroom: Queen bed with hotel-style sheets, cozy bedding, room-darkening curtains, window shades, nightstands w/ charging stations, dresser, full-length mirror, closet with luggage racks, and a wall-mounted Smart Streaming TV.

- Living room: Futon-Style sofa bed that can sleep 1–2 guests.

- Vinyl-window enclosed sunroom w/ air conditioning: Pull-out sleeper sofa with a brand new memory foam mattress that can sleep 1–2 guests.


The home can sleep up to 6 guests, but it is best suited for couples, small families, or groups who are comfortable using sleeper sofas in shared living spaces.


The living room includes a streaming TV, two blue-velvet side chairs, side tables, room-darkening shades, and a pop-up workstation/coffee table that works well for a laptop, snacks, or movie night.


The kitchen includes an electric oven and range, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, oils, snacks, and basic pantry items to help you settle in. Plus, a breakfast & coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, a 5-cup drip coffee maker, fresh ground coffee, coffee cups, condiments, and breakfast & snack items.


The remodeled bathroom includes a walk-in shower, updated vanity, fresh towels, bath mats, and a linen closet with extra towels and beach towels.


The enclosed Florida sunroom has vinyl windows, portable A/C to keep it cool and dry, 2 accent chairs, a sleeper sofa with brand new memory foam mattress, side tables, and a large streaming TV. This is a converted sunroom-style space, not a traditional bedroom, but it adds a flexible place to relax, watch TV, or sleep that's separated from the duplex's shared wall.


Beach gear is provided for your convenience, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Our custom seasonal cancellation policy and our refund policy:
January - April : Strict - *Partial refund 60 days before check-in; No refund after 60 days before check-in.
May-August: Moderate: *Partial refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after 14 days before check-in.
September - October: Relaxed *Partial refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 14 days. No refund after 7 days before check-in.
November - December: Firm - *Partial refund 60 days before check-in; 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. No refund after 30 days before check-in.

*Partial refunds are further defined as 100% refunds minus processing fees incurred by the merchant - Stripe
The Host recommends that all guests obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage to cover these charges in case of a cancellation.
