This 2-bed, plus 3rd bed sunroom/flex space {with queen sleeper sofa pullout}, plus 1.5bath home has 1,330sf under air and is a prime location within about an 8-10 min drive to vibrant and culture-rich downtown Sarasota, full of incredible dining options and events throughout the year, and maybe a 10 min drive to world famous Siesta Key Beach. This location is also within walking distance to several restaurants, spas, gas stations, and even a drive-up liquor store!! Privacy abounds with fully fenced oversized backyard, great for lazy days by the completly private Southern exposure pool to enjoy our incredibly sunny Sarasota days and stunning sunsets no matter what month you come here for your vacation! This residence was lovingly updated with all brand new furniture, furnishings, lighting, window treatments, towels, kitchen equipment, bedding and more! Freshly painted and power washed, this old Florida home will be something you'll want to come back to year after year. Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, dresser, standard sized side by side closet, and two end tables. Master bedroom has a King, 55" tv, dresser and large closet. The rear sunroom is also being considered the 3rd bed/flex space since it offers a queen pullout sleeper sofa, privacy barn doors, blackout curtains and shades, dresser, plus side entry access to the pool if you want a late night dip in the pool but not wake up the other guests. All bedrooms have a remote-controlled lit fan and share one full shabby chic bathroom. Open living room space that flows into the dining room offers a large 70" tv, great for movies and games. Large circular dining room table is outfitted for up to six people and overlooks the grounds and pool area. In the garage area, you'll find a full sized side by sise washer and dryer and hanging rack, as well as a half bath with access to the backyard. But dont worry, there is a remote controlled AC unit in the garage so you can staty cool while doing laundry or other activities (a great space to workout if you brought portable equipment of your own!). Even if the main bathroom is occupied, you can still shower outside since it can be fully closed off for complete privacy and discretion! Between having zero carpeting inside and the amazing fenced backyard, the home and lot is ideal for family gatherings. Complete with gas grill, large outdoor dining table for 6, cornhole and pool floaties; ven drink floats for something refreshing. The home will be best suited for four (max 6) guests for highest comfort. 1200 mbps for speedy internet to accommodate all guests. Wi-Fi printer in the home too in case you need to print anything. It’s wireless and can connect to your phone as well for your convenience. Room for up to three cars there is also space to store a boat, RV, jet skis or the like along the side yard, with owner approval. Brand new (2022) Central air conditioner. The owner has really thoughtfully incorporated all that one would want in a seasonal holiday property and welcomes anyone who enjoys the finer things. She wants you to truly be comfortable and feel at home here at Leafy Ln. South Gate also offers a community pool and clubhouse a short drive from Leafy Ln where you can also sign up for fitness classes, events and even volunteer. You'll have ample time to explore Sarasota, her world famous beaches, abundant shopping options, performing arts theaters, sporting events, sports bars, and so much of the Florida lifestyle no matter what time of year you're able to enjoy it! Beach chairs onsite as well for your trips to the beach, made easy. Open to longer term stays as well.
