Very beautiful nice area, beach 5 minutes walk. Shopping and restaurants probably 15 minutes walk. The house needs a little upgrade but other wise clean, quiet, nice patio!

Good for a 2 person getaway

The unit was the perfect size for us, and it had a short walk to a public access point for the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated! There was a lot of rain and flooding during our trip but no water came into the unit. A downside is outdated appliances (the oven was our main issue) cooking felt like it took longer than it should’ve. There are windows on every wall so the wall AC unit had to work hard to keep the room comfortable. When we arrived the unit was over 80 degrees and it took a solid day to get the temperature down. Luckily they had a box fan for us to use.

No frills but everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for walks and bike rides. Within walking distance from the pool and the beach. Location just can't be beat!

Location is perfect- close to St Armand’s circle, not far from downtown Sarasota and 1 block from the beach- place was clean and host was extremely responsive!! Would stay again!!

Bed had not been changed over . Was full of sand and lint. Wife had numerous bites. We left after two nights and stayed elsewhere. Returned on last morning at 9:30 to make sure we had packed everything in our hast to get out and the cleaning person had already been inside and was finishing up even though check out time is 10:00.

My best friend and I did a girls trip here the 1st week of July. All went well and the property was affordable and pretty much as described. It could definitely use some updating but I didn’t travel from Ohio to sit in the room! With exception of our food we did not have to purchase anything else, but we had brought our own beach gear. A couple things I want to make clear that I did not realize till we got ther. 1. Laundry is available but it is coin operated outside the home. The dryer was very hot and would not shut off but I alerted the management when I left. 2. The shower is VERY slippery, be VERY cautious 3. The deck is in need of repair, several exposed nails and pieces of fallen railing, be super cautious if you have little ones. I did also alert management for this issue. 4. There is some water damage to the ceiling fairly close to the bed. I assume the roof leak was fixed, but I made sure not to put anything under it. 5. Most importantly to ME!, lol..if you like to beach AND pool, be aware this property does NOT have a pool. There is a Sarasota community pool a block and a half away. It is only open on Fri, Sat, Sun, You have to register and then pay each day to use it. There is another community pool about 5 miles away for during the week. All that being said, we had a great time, went St Armand’s circle to eat and shop, and agin for the money, I would rent this property again.

12 nights of Christmas

We stayed in this small, but comfortable unit, at the rear of the house that is pictured. It was perfect for us for the price – not fancy but clean and functional. A short walk from the beach and from St. Armand's Circle as well. This was the second year that we have spent the holidays there and it suits us very well. Host is pleasant and accommodating.

Great Studio - perfect location - walk to beach and shops/food

Love this property For a studio it is huge - comfortable bed , workable kitchen, walking distance (1 block) to Lido Key Beach walking distance (few blocks ) to St Armands Circle with plenty of shops and restaurants. 3 hr drive to Disneyworld - close to Tampa International - also there is Sarasota Airport you could fly too as well. easy parking for vehicle Onsite washer / dryer for convenience. I would highly recommend this unit - best value you can find in Lido!

This property is located on beautiful Lido Key. It is one block from the public beach (with heated pool), <1 mile easy walk to St. Armands circle, with many shops and nice restaurants, and a 3 block walk to Ted Sperling Nature and Kayaking trails. The neighborhood is safe and clean.

Doesn't get any better !

The property was within walking distance to the beach, Lido Pool and St Armand's Circle. Perfect for 2 people. We had a lot of privacy, and felt very safe. We will stay here again. I would recommend this property.

I’m a picky person, I didn’t find it real clean. Lights were without correct bulbs wobbly. The bed had downy fabric softener stains, bleached out. Wonder how the furniture gets cleaned and sanitized? I wasn’t real pleased.
