Welcome to Mango Bay — a tropical retreat designed for families and friends to relax, play, and make memories together! This spacious 5-bedroom home features a spectacular backyard oasis that's the true star of the show. Kids will love the jungle gym and wide turfed play area, while adults can unwind in the hammock, gather around the firepit, or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the koi pond. Dive into the sparkling pool, dine al fresco at the picnic space, or unwind in the screened-in lanai — perfect for lounging without the bugs.

We know, contracts aren t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) then it s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:

1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Mango Bay!

I had a very disappointing experience with BNB Breeze. The houses that BNB Breeze represent look great online, but this experience was a complete nightmare. I would not recommend booking through them, especially if you expect any kind of customer service or quality assurance. They need to be more transparent and responsible with their listings and how they handle customer concerns. I'm extremely frustrated by how this situation was handled—or rather, mishandled. My list of complaints are too long for the characters provided in the review, but look at the pictures provided.Notice they only respond to positive reviews.
