The Property -- Your vacation begins when you pull into the private driveway with covered parking and walk through a keyless-entry gate to a secluded, brick-paved, walled courtyard. Three Little Birds offers three unique living spaces, each with its own bath(s) and kitchen, architecturally appointed features, design-conscious details, luxury linens and other amenities to maximize guest comfort and enjoyment.

The main house boasts a spacious master bedroom (king pillowtop bed) adjacent to a semi-private sitting area where a boho-style daybed (twin) provides a relaxing nook for reading. The luxurious master bath en suite includes a clawfoot tub for soaking, a decorative tile shower and two vanities. A separate guest bedroom (queen) with skylights and adjacent guest bath offers additional private sleeping quarters in the main house. The well-appointed kitchen has a luxury gas range and SubZero refrigerator and opens to the dining room with its tropical landscaped vista. The kitchen has easy access to the outdoor stainless steel grill. The main house also offers two distinct living spaces that were crafted to maximize comfort: a more formal living room with built-in bookshelves near a furnished front patio that is perfect for morning coffee and a second living area with a 60’ television for streaming your favorite TV series.

The pool house offers two-floor living where you can admire the pool from your perch on the furnished balcony or drift off to sleep in one of two bedroom suites to the sound of multiple pool fountains. The first floor provides a boho suite (queen) with a custom-upholstered sofa and relaxing wicker loungers, or climb the tiled stair to enjoy a second-floor suite (pillowtop king) with an adjacent daybed for relaxing, watching tv, or additional sleep space, a full bath, a full-service kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, and dining area.

The cottage welcomes you with its simple charm. Relax in the comfort of the sea-grass framed bed (queen), surrounded by white-washed walls with a trickling ceramic fountain just outside the windows. The cottage has a full kitchenette with electric range, microwave and refrigerator and a full bath with an open glass and tile shower.

The outdoor areas were mindfully crafted to permit comfortable spaces for relaxing or gathering. In addition to the furnished front patio that offers morning sun and afternoon shade, the courtyard offers decorative wicker and wrought-iron chairs for lounging by its blue-glazed fountain or seating for eight for dining al fresco under the bougainvillea-laced pergola. The courtyard also offers in-line, organic anti-mosquito mist system to deter bites. Last but not least of the outdoor spaces, the heated, screened pool is a great place to relax in shade or sun or you can enjoy the adjacent in-ground hot tub with waterfall fountain in the evening surrounded by romantically uplit palms. Just outside the lanai door, rinse off in an open outdoor shower. The pool area has a convenient half-bath. The exterior common areas are all artfully landscaped, extremely private, and strategically lit for easy navigation at night.

Other Details -- The property has high-speed Wifi maximized through multiple internet access points for consistent service, and appropriately-sized televisions in all sitting areas and bedrooms except the main house living room with Apple TVs programmed for easy sign-in to your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ or Apple accounts.

The property has keyless entry on all exterior doors including the main gate. You will be given a code specific to your stay upon booking that will operate all entry touchpads.

The driveway offers two parking spaces (one covered, one not) and room for two additional vehicles. Street parking is also available.

The Neighborhood -- Located in historic Granada, one of the older neighborhoods in Sarasota, guests can quickly get to Tamiami Trail, the main commercial artery closest to the house, which offers multiple Publix grocery stores, Trader Joe's, specialty pet food stores, Best Buy, drug stores and liquor and wine retailers. In spite of its proximity to busy Tamiami Trail, the neighborhood is quiet, great for walking, with very little traffic on most of its residential, tree-lined streets.

The Location -- The property is approximately two blocks from a bus stop that takes guests (15 minute bus trip most days) to Siesta Key, which offers the largest, closest white sand beach, boutiques and restaurants. Siesta Key is usually an even shorter car ride with free municipal beach parking. Other beaches are just a short drive away including a dog beach where your favorite pup will love to romp and play. Sarasota offers over 40 public golf courses, specialty spas, and great restaurants for delivery, take-out or dining.
