The Interior Space
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an open-concept living space adorned with sophisticated decor. The deluxe kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare gourmet meals. The stunning white granite countertops and the large island with a sink and three barstools make it a perfect space for both cooking and socializing. State-of-the-art stainless appliances ensure that you have everything you need at your fingertips. Adjacent to the kitchen is a modern dining table that comfortably seats four, creating an intimate setting for family meals or entertaining guests.

About the Bedrooms
The primary bedroom, located on the main level, is a sanctuary of luxury. It features a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that rivals a spa. The bathroom boasts a large glass shower, a separate soaking tub, and a double vanity. One of the unique features of the primary bedroom is its private entrance to the pool area, allowing you to step out into paradise whenever you desire.

The two guest bedrooms are equally inviting, each furnished with a king-sized bed and their own ensuite bathrooms with sleek glass walk-in showers. These rooms provide a serene retreat for your guests, ensuring they have a comfortable and private space to relax.

The second story of the home offers an additional living space and the third bedroom, which opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool. This elevated vantage point provides a tranquil spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the tropical ambiance.

Pet Fee: This is a pet friendly home and allows 1 dog. Please include your pet in your booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements for the departure cleaning. A $250 pet fee is required to help remove pet hair and dander from any furnishings and floors for our future guests. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at any time as the filtration system is not designed for filtering pet hair. We also ask that you kindly dispose of pet waste in the appropriate bins, and do not allow pets on furniture or beds. In consideration of any neighbors please try to minimize barking and keep your pet on a leash when walking. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and your pup!

Pool Heater: We recommend only heating the pool in the months of October through May, as the pool during summer months should not need heating. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know 48 hours or more before your arrival so we can have it ready for you. A $12 daily heating fee applies to help cover energy costs. Please note, if you request heating after check-in, a $50 service fee will be added for our team to come out and activate the heater. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at any time as the filtration system is not designed for filtering pet hair.
