Smart TVs, Large kitchen with Island, Big comfy beds, WIFI, Open floor plan, private and quiet street with large driveway to park even an RV! Relax and enjoy your very own private heated pool and screened lanai after a day at the beach or golf course! you will love it here!

-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.


Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

This is a great place to gather with family offering a convenient location to watch the O’s and enjoy the beaches. The house accommodates 6 easily and provides a great outdoor space to relax in the warm Florida climate. We enjoyed home cooked meals, coffee on the patio and drinks by the pool without the pressure of crowded spaces. Meandering out to dine was an option, but we really liked staying in just as much!

Perfect location for going to the beaches. There was plenty of room, and the pool was nice and toasty. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. The home was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive when issues arose. We had a great stay!

Excellent Couple Getaway

My wife and I were looking to escape the cold for a week and this house met all of our needs. Clean, well kept, well appointed and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The area also has some excellent restaurants. I'd recommend the sandwich shop, Peruvian and Colombian in particular that are less than a mile away. Hope to stay again in the future.

The house was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to several area beaches. The screened in pool was a big plus-it kept the bugs out and cut down on the intense sun which was great for the little kids. And there was also space for lounging in the sun if you wanted. Owners are very quick to respond to any issues. Great place for the whole family. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful home!

Beautifully renovated, private home on quiet street close to all Sarasota has to offer. We came to visit family and have rented other properties and this was by far our best experience. The home and pool fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure in showers, and unlike other VRBOs, this owner provided basics like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Owner responsive to all inquires within an hour. The pool was clean and the patio area was well appointed with seating and ceiling fans. The home had coolers, chairs, and beach accessories. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with needed supplies for meals in, and we had more than enough space for us and our in town family. The street was very quiet- we never heard anyone when sitting out by the pool during the day or evening. Outstanding experience all around.

Unhappy at check out

I have tried to reach out to the owner as I was locked out before 10am and had left a spatula there. I have relatives in Sarasota willing to get it but I’ve gotten nowhere with the owner. I told him about it the very day we left. I think he should not have locked the doors permanently until 10am. I’m very frustrated about what should be a simple matter.
