Ce condo populaire et charmant au premier étage, 2BR / 2Bath, est disponible pour location mensuelle en 2019 et 2020. Ce condo est situé au sud de Sarasota, près du pont Siesta Key. Il est bien situé pour profiter du meilleur de Sarasota. Parfait pour les couples ou les familles. La durée de location minimale pour ce complexe est d'un mois. Ce condo a une piscine accueillante avec véranda et est à quelques minutes de la célèbre plage de Siesta Key. La nature, d'excellents terrains de golf et les parcs sont à proximité. Des boutiques, des restaurants et plusieurs autres plages célèbres, notamment les plages du Crescent, du Lido, des Tortues et de Venise, se trouvent toutes à quelques minutes. Le condo est situé dans la communauté tranquille et sereine de Gulf Gate Estates. Il a un lit qui dort pour quatre. Les enfants sont les bienvenus. Les centres commerciaux Westgate, Beneva Village Shops, Southeast Plaza et Palm Plaza sont tous situés à proximité de restaurants et de magasins. La réserve de Red Bug Slough, située à proximité, offre 70 acres de randonnée en bois. L’accès à l’ancien sentier pour faire du vélo / randonnée est très facile à partir de cet endroit. Siesta Key Beach, reconnue comme la plage n ° 1 des États-Unis, se trouve à environ trois miles. À distance de marche de la bibliothèque Gulf Gate et des magasins et restaurants du Gulf Gate Village. Everything we needed was there at hand. The only problem was how noisy it was with the family staying above us. You could hear them walking on the floor, moving chairs, etc. That woke us up very early in the morning. Also, the shades in the guest BR do not keep the sun out in the morning. Availability of a gas grill on the property would have been useful.

This is our 5th yr coming back to this place and it never disappoints! Our hosts Steven and Susan are so gracious! Never intrusive but immediately available should the occasion arise. The condo is kept immaculate! Fully updated kitchen bathrooms etc. furnishings! All the linens, soaps , paper goods, cleaning products, appliances, dishes, glassware, pots and pans always new and kept up to date!Brand new washer/dryer to handle any capacity etc. Steve even replaced loveseat with a brand new one while down here! Very tastefully decorated by Sue of course! She actually showed up one night with a brand new beach umbrella for us. Sturdy beach chairs, coolers and a standup wagon to carry all this to beaches. Lots of beach towels and good quality towels and bedding. The living room has lots of comfy pillows on sofa and loveseat. Dining table with new chairs plus another table in breakfast nook with nice chairs. The master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closets are extremely spacious. This place is very comfortable for us and our families who have come down in the past.The 2nd bedroom and sleeper sofa make it easy for our children and grandchildren to enjoy a comfortable stay.The lanai is perfect for those early mornings and late evenings to relax in after long days at beaches.In 5 years we’ve seen the Gulf Gate estates area flourish.With so many restaurants, pizzerias and breakfast places to choose from. Siesta Key beach is less than 10 mins away! We Love this place!

Nice place to enjoy Sarasota without the tourist chaos

We had a nice stay with our daughter, husband and two pre-school grandkids; we were able to enjoy the pool with the kids, local eateries were great, and a we found a nice boat rental option which was the highlight of the week. The condo itself was nicely appointed for our small group and the option to enjoy the lanai for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM was truly the relaxing location we were hoping to have!

We had a great time in Sarasota/Siesta Key. This condo is 5/5, close to everything and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything advertised on the listing is accurate which made our stay wonderful. The condo is very clean and roomy. Steve is really nice and we had no communication issues with him while staying at his condo.

Visiting family for the holidays

We loved this condo, perfect for our family of 4, room enough to have family for dinner and our Christmas tree. Pool was nice, and the hosts were very kind and responsive. Condo was well stocked and I love that there were hooks for our towels, hoodies, jackets and hats! Easy drive to Siesta Key or Venice Beaches! Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable place to take in Sarasota and surrounding areas

We were two couples staying to celebrate a 30 year wedding anniversary. The condo was clean and efficient. The location was convenient to downtown Sarasota, taking a drive up the keys to Anna Maria, renting a boat for the day, of course a day on the beach at Siesta Key, and even for a day trip south to see the Everglades. Plenty of casual restaurants and bars in close proximity and we enjoyed a couple of pretty nice ones as well.

I’d rent this condo again

This condo worked great for us. The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed. It was so well stocked. The owner was very responsive and willing to help with anything. There was one glitch at check-in, but the owner made up for it and apologized. It may have even been VRBO’s fault. Anyway, I would gladly rent this place again.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO rentals and this one topped the list. The host welcomed us with a fridge of essentials (and ice cream too!). They were very responsive (and kind) to us in a very timely manner. Perfect location to explore Sarasota. The final day we were there, we needed to stay due to an unforeseen issue. They were so generous and allowed us to stay the full day and were extremely understanding that we needed the extra time. We would 1,000% stay here again!

Beautiful with Great Updates, Wonderful Screen Porch, and Great Hosts!

The stay was wonderful! The space is tastefully decorated and has beautiful granite countertops, new appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook. The beds were very comfortable. Both bathrooms have nicely tiled showers, and I really enjoyed the rain-style showerhead in the tile master shower. Also, the screen porch was a favorite in the morning to read and evening for sunset. Steve and Susan are great hosts. We even had a very nice box of Belgian cookies as a welcome surprise. I highly recommend this gem!

Very clean , cozy and lots of necessities

First of all we were nicely impressed with the drinks, coffee and cream especially purchased for us !!! The apartment has lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella Bed linen is good quality and clean. Also I liked that there was a bar soap made in Sarasota in the bathroom. All we needed from dish soap to garbage bags. Thank you Steve !!!

Amazing hospitality and friendly neighbors!

Steve was outstanding. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Steve allowed us to borrow his bikes for which we were so vey grateful. We had been plenty of towels, and high quality beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. The pans provided were extremely high quality- thank you! The pool was large(6'6" at deep end! And was heated so we could enjoy it daily. The neighbors are friendly- some permanent residents and some renting- we really enjoyed our time here. We usually stay close to downtown Sarasota but decided to try Gulf Gate this time. There are many fantastic restaurants in the area and 10-15 min to Siesta Key beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful Siesta Condo!

We loved this condo. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped with all essentials and bonus of Tupperwares, ziplocks and staple spices, which is rare in rentals. We also loved how spacious and beautiful the space was. 2 full baths was amazing for my 2 kids. As was having a full washer/dryer (with soap provided!) and dishwasher. Everything was super handy and Steve was super attentive and responsive.There was a handy stroller for beach chairs and coolers as well. And even a pickle ball set!!! We had a blast!I thought the pool was right next to the property based on the photos, but you have to walk across a couple buildings to get to it and it’s shared with the entire complex (there were usually 2-4 people there). Nonetheless, it’s a lovely and heated pool and the drive to Siesta is just 15 min away. We enjoyed both!!We will definitely be back!

This Place is a Charm!

This is our 3rd yr spending 2 months in this awesome condo! Place is totally renovated making it very comfortable for either two or family with grandkids. Decorated tastefully with many accents to make it feel like “ home away from home”. Place is fully stocked with towels, linens, extra pillows, beach towels, even coolers and beach chairs with umbrellas. Kitchen is also stocked with all the appliances you would normally have back at home. This place is central to all. Shopping centers, grocery stores. Many choices for restaurants whether it’s just having a pizza or a night out with friends! Of course can’t forget about how close you are to Siesta Beach! And all the other beaches along the way to Venice! Let’s not forget downtown Sarasota with all it has to offer! The heated pool at condo is definitely the place to be for a relaxing day! And the best part is having great hosts like Steven & Susan who go all out to ensure your stay is the best ever! Any questions Steven is always readily available. Looking forward to next year!
