The Sun-Kissed Cottage is conveniently located in Gulf Gate Estates, a short 10-minute drive to the famous white-sand Siesta Key Beach and the lively Siesta Key Village, where you'll find plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife. The Cottage is just 20 minutes from Downtown Sarasota's ample cultural activities and events, and you will be just 1 mile from the walkable downtown Gulf Gate area which is loaded with unique shops, multiple delicious international food options, and local hangout spots.

Feel right at home in our cozy retreat! After a day of exploring the stunning white sands of Siesta Key or Lido Key and enjoying Sarasota’s many attractions, unwind in your large screened-in patio with a refreshing cocktail. Lounge on the expansive, well-manicured lawn, grill up some burgers in the outdoor grilling area, or enjoy board games in the sunny game room.

Create delicious home-cooked meals in your fully equipped kitchen, or order in from a variety of nearby international dining spots. After dinner, snuggle up with a bowl of popcorn in the comfy living room for a fun-filled Netflix movie night!

End your perfect vacation day with a restful night’s sleep on our comfortable beds, complete with blackout curtains. The Sun-Kissed Cottage offers ample space, featuring a King Bed in the master ensuite bathroom and a HUGE walk-in closet. There are plenty of drawers and space for storage. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser and another large walk-in closet with a unique workspace we call a "Cloffice". Providing a quiet area to get some work done, if needed. A guest bathroom with tub and shower is located right outside and a comfortable pullout couch for extra guests.

Pet owners are welcome to bring their furry companions, with a limit of 1 pet under 50 lbs. Please note, a $99 pet fee is required. We kindly ask that guests ensure pet refrain from furniture and beds and are crated when unattended.

By booking Sun-Kissed Cottage, you confirm that you have read, understood the rules listed below and you acknowledge that you may incur a fine if any of the rules below are violated.

NO parties/events or loud music - $250 fine if this rule is broken
Quiet after 10pm - this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We do not want to disturb our neighbors.
MUST be over 21 years of age to book
For our guests that stay a month or more we offer a weekly light cleaning at a discount of $75 normally the cleaning fee is $175.
Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used and a plumbing service charge by the plumbers will be applied to the guest, if sanitary products, paper towels, wipes and diapers are disposed in the toilets.
Pet Policy:
1 pet under 50 lbs. is welcome with a $150 pet fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and kept off furniture and beds. Please only bring well-behaved furry family members (no cats due to owner allergies).
If leaving the house without your pets, please have them in a crate (can provide crate if needed.) Please advise upon booking.
Please pickup and discard pet waste.
If coming in late, do not set off your car alarms, or continuously beep your car locks. This neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
If you smoke, please do so outside the screened-in lanai area and throw away the butts. Additional $50 cleaning fee will apply for butts around the property or in the lanai. $1000 fee for smoking inside the house.
Throw bagged trash in black trash bins (bags provided)

Due to deed restrictions rules, TRAILERS, BOATS, TRUCKS and CAMPERS are not permitted.
