Welcome to our modern, tastefully decorated shared home in Sarasota—designed with the vibe of a boutique hostel! You'll be staying in a private, lockable queen bedroom located on the second floor. While your room is fully private, the rest of the house is shared with other friendly Airbnb guests—or occasionally with us, your hosts.

Guests have full access to shared spaces, including a fully stocked kitchen (with complimentary coffee and tea, spices and oils), dining area, cozy upstairs lounge, full and half bathrooms, and a garage movie theater (A/C coming Sept 2025). Outside, relax in the tropical community-style backyard, featuring a hot tub, outdoor showers, gas grill, propane fire pit, hammocks, an outdoor TV, and multiple lounge areas.

Each bedroom has its own lock and key for your safety and privacy. We're always available if you need us—either in person or by phone—and we provide our personal cell numbers upon booking so you can reach us anytime.

We’re located just 5 minutes from downtown Sarasota and 15 minutes from Lido Key Beach, making it the perfect crash pad between exploring the city, hitting the beach, or attending a nearby event.

To ensure our home maintains its 5-star quality, we've adjusted our pricing to reflect the increased costs of utilities and maintenance. This includes a small extra fee per guest.
This new model allows us to offer the perfect getaway for single travelers looking to indulge in a whole home experience, while also being able to comfortably host large parties of 20+ guests at a price that remains effective for everyone. We believe this approach provides flexibility and value, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay no matter the size of your group.


Important Security Camera Information for Your Safety and Our Property

For the safety and security of our guests and our property, please be aware that our home is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are located in the following areas and record both video and audio 24/7:

* Google Doorbell Camera: Located at the front entrance, monitoring the front door and immediate entryway.
* Google Driveway Camera: Located overlooking the driveway and front yard.

Please Note:
* These cameras only monitor the exterior of the property.

* There are NO cameras inside the home or in any private areas (such as bedrooms or bathrooms), nor are they directed at areas where guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy

* The purpose of these cameras is to enhance security, deter theft, and monitor compliance with our house rules (e.g., occupancy limits).

* Any attempt to disable, redirect, or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge and consent to the presence and operation of these exterior security cameras as described.

We take pride in offering a clean and healthy space. For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is absolutely forbidden inside our home. The lingering odor and damage caused by smoke require extensive cleaning. Therefore, a $1,000 deep cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest found to have smoked indoors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
