So happy to have found this property to rent for ten nights. The grounds and pool cannot be beat! Hope to be able to come back to this property again very soon. Well maintained, very clean, and we loved the roomy Kitchen. Please note, it was only my wife and I so the room layout was no issue but if you are utilizing all of the bedrooms you will have to figure out the bathroom situation since two of the bedrooms are accessible through the bathroom.. so some may find it a little awkward. One suggestion
 the counter stools need to be sized apropriately, they were too high. Great property!!

Overall, a nice property! The outside area is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Location is superb- within walking distance to everything in downtown Sarasota. Inside the house, the kitchen is updated and well stocked. Coffee bar is great and fully equipped. Layout of the house is odd and would not be suitable for multiple families travelling together as the main bathroom doesn't have locks on the door and has to be passed through to get to 2 bedrooms and the laundry. The 2nd bathroom is only accessible through a bedroom. There also isn't an obvious place to work, if you are looking to work from this home. Once you book via VRBO, there are multiple additional contracts to sign with the rental company. Pets over 25 lbs require separate approval as well. Wasn't a problem for us, our dog was approved, but is good to be aware of. Overall, really nice stay.

The location is absolutely unbeatable - nestled right on the canal with stunning water views and just minutes from the pristine beaches of Lido Key. The private pool was the highlight of our stay. There's nothing quite like starting your morning with a refreshing swim while watching boats glide by on the canal, then spending your afternoon lounging poolside with a cold drink. The pool area is beautifully maintained and offers the perfect blend of privacy and scenic beauty.The bungalow itself is cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals, and we loved dining on the patio overlooking the water. The bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful, with the gentle sounds of the canal providing the perfect soundtrack for restful nights.What really sets this property apart is its prime location. Lido Beach is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can enjoy some of the most beautiful white sand beaches Florida has to offer. We also loved being able to reach the world-famous Siesta Key Beach in just 17 minutes - having access to two of Florida's most stunning beaches made this location absolutely perfect. The proximity to St. Armands Circle meant we had easy access to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout o
