This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and watercraft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants, cafes, bars, gifts shops, grocery stores, boat/water craft activity rentals and Ice Cream shops are within a short walk. Manatees are known to a habitat the bay are during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. There is a FREE island trolly that can take you around the island and a pick up/drop off location is right in front of the Tortuga Inn.

Within the condo: the studio sleeps 4 comfortable. Queen bed with a day bed for additional sleeping. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Also includes basic cable and FREE wifi.

Although this is a new property with out many reviews I do have two other properties so you can check my history as an owner. The listing ID's on VRBO are; 1626279 and 7850036. This is also good to know if you have a large group and want to book multiple properties to stay close to one another. The properties are all at the Tortuga Inn.

For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

If you are looking for a different size condo, needs multiple condos or this one doesn't have the availability you are looking for you can look at the other condo's I help manage. The VRBO ID's are: 7850036 which is a studio style condo (about the size of a hotel room with a kitchette), 2065681 and 1696979 which are both 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen condos with views of the ocean and large screened patios, 2240550 which is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen and 3952991 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen and stunning views of the Bay.

Great place close to everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here very convenient location. The unit is updated and clean. Communication from the owner was fantastic. Saw some reviews before getting here that said if you like a soft bed well I have bad back so I was a little concerned. The bed was perfectly fine and I also saw that you have to come in through a slider which was a little different for me but other than that, I really have zero bad things to say about the stay here so much so that I booked an extra night. The owner is honest everything they said is exactly what transpires. Thank you so much for a great day. I will be back.

Noisy AC

Noisy air conditioner. Coffee maker, and toaster had to be plugged into bathroom, no plug behind them on the kitchenette counter. Microwave could be updated. Bring paper plates & plastic utensils as there is no kitchen sink and you have to eat at the desk or there is one tv tray. Loved the big shower and double sinks, loved the location to restaurants and beach, and the pools were beautiful.

I was disappointed in this unit. The bed had hair in it and when taking the sheets off per instructions several yellow stains. No utensils. Has a great location but it’s like being in a prison cell. You have to smell whatever the unit next to you is cooking and no other windows to look out at

The room was as advertised. My only recommendation would be to change the lock. It was difficult to access and press the numbers. It looked like it needed a new base to fit on. Otherwise no complaints.

Property is well kept and clean. Great location with just a short walk to beach and chair service provided (you will need your own umbrella). Nice bay access as well with small sitting area. To be clear this is really only suited for a couple, anymore than two people would be crowded. The room setup is a little strange since it is a master room/ bathroom that’s separated from full suite. If you like a really soft bed then it’s for you, if you like a firm bed then it’s probably not for you. Overall we had a great time and location is perfect for beach.

Great getaway

This was our 1st trip to Anna Maria. The room is a very short walk to the beach. When you goto the beach you have nice chairs to use. The room was perfect size for me and my husband. Alot complain about no window. But you have large patio doors so you do get sunlight. The free bus picks up right outside the hotel. Would stay again for sure!

If I had known the room had no windows or view to the outside I wouldn’t have booked it. The sliding door is your only access to the outside and you’ll want to keep the curtain closed because it’s a hallway. I’m amazed this isn’t specifically addressed in the property description. It’s so misleading. The unit wasn’t too bad, just a dirty bathroom. The shower heads were covered in muck like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. I did appreciate having toiletries and beach umbrellas available. Wasn’t the best but I’ve also stayed in much worse.

We keep coming back!

We've enjoyed staying here several times but I always seem to forget to mention the bed....it is SOOO comfortable! Which may not be the best thing for vaca haha bc we never want to get up! 🙃 Loved our stay as usual, thanks!
