Checkout: Our checkout time is until 11:00 AM. If availability allows, guests can request a late checkout until 12:00 PM for 70% of the daily rate. Guests who do not comply with the checkout time will be subject to a fine of 4 daily rates, as it will prevent the next check-in at 3:00 PM.

Document submission must be done by 12:00 PM on the check-in day, except for last-minute bookings, which must be submitted immediately after booking confirmation.

Visits are not allowed until 9:00 PM, upon building notification and document submission.

If you need to change your reservation dates during your stay, the property's cancellation policy will apply.

Smoking and incense of any kind are prohibited.
