No expense was spared in the renovation and it includes many luxurious and designer touches including custom furniture, ample storage, Samsung Frame TV, Marble finishes and accents throughout, motorized blackout shades, and the list goes on. This apartment has everything to make your stay in São Paulo comfortable and memorable.

The Space:
This is magical 400 square foot studio apartment space with everything you need. Here you’ll find the finest imported finishes including marble, Onyx, crystal and wood along with custom designer furniture. Enjoy a Samsung Frame TV with included Netflix and Hulu, free high-speed WiFi, motorized blackout window shades, and a fully climate-controlled setting with a digital air-conditioning and heating panel.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers high-end cookware, full-sized appliances including a four-burner range, a custom cabinet-matched refrigerator, and a dishwasher, along with an industrial faucet and ample storage. We understand the importance of the details and that’s why we’ve included lots of extras so you have the option to cook and dine in as you like while you stay with us.

Bedroom/Living Room
The entire space was redesigned to accommodate a full-size sofa and a king-size bed for your comfort. Although the space is a studio size, our guests will experience hotel-style comfort and luxury in every detail.

A custom sofa adds a pop of color to the space and is carefully positioned at the foot of the bed to create a separate living area. The 50’’ Samsung Frame TV is installed on the wall to allow for both on-sofa and in-bed viewing. A well-crafted hideaway table/desk with folding chairs integrates seamlessly into the cabinetry and can be relocated throughout the space as needed. A wall of custom cabinets adds enough personal storage for the length of your short- or long-term stay.

A comfortable bed is made up with luxurious high-thread-count sheets, feather and foam pillows, and a plush mattress. A custom bed frame allows visitors to store bulky items beneath, such as suitcases, boxes, etc. This is especially useful if you’re staying with us for a longer period of time. Modern, remote-controlled room darkening shades allow for a great night’s sleep. A large closet with storage areas offers plenty of extra space for hanging or shelving travel items, and a unique pull-out ironing board.

One of the best features of the space is the amazing view through oversized windows. You take in São Paulo’s beautiful Ibirapuera park from the 18th floor or view airplanes taking off and landing at Congonhas Airport.

Bathroom
Elegant bathroom walls are finished in a luxurious white marble, giving this space the feel of a modern Italian villa. An oversized glass-wall shower and plenty of shelving create a perfect spa-like experience. Enjoy a large vanity with an oversized lighted mirror, multiple storage options, and luxurious white towel sets in this small but extremely well-equipped bathroom.


The Building Perks
Flat Le Premier Jardins is a hotel-turned-condo building that has all the amenities of a hotel but with the privacy and comfort of a private residential building. Here you’ll find 24-hour reception/front desk service, a small but well-equipped fitness center, a rooftop pool with a sundeck, amazing views of São Paulo, and a peaceful café/restaurant. For guests on a longer stay, there is a coin-operated laundry area with clothes washers and dryers.*

Check-in is any time after 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. We are unable to confirm an early check-in or late check-out until 24 hours prior, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Parties and loud noise are not accepted so as not to disturb the neighbors.
