Industrial studio in the heart of Pinheiros with complete leisure area and pool with an awesome view

The studio has a planned and functional space, with custom-made furniture in an industrial style, and a color chart that follows the language used in the decoration, in ribbon, black and wood tones, thus designing an air of sophistication and modernity, following the level gives it a privileged location.
Its extended balcony and its wide squares make it more spacious and with an even wider view of the shaped landscape of São Paulo, also bringing more luminosity to the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

The space was designed with many drawers and shelves to organize and store personal items in the best way, with a spacious 6-door closet and a mirror next to the bed to help give the room more space. In addition to a full kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave. The studio also has a television in front of the double bed, a recently renovated bathroom with a marble sink following the style and colors of the apartment, everything for you to stay cozy and relax in one of the most chic neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo.

This environment is located in the Pinheiros neighborhood, specifically on Rua Capote Valente, which is next to Avenida Rebouças and parallel to Rua Oscar Freire, one of the most sophisticated streets in São Paulo, with designer stores, renowned restaurants, bars and cafes for all tastes such as: Arturito, from Chef Paola Carosella, Président, from Chef Erick Jacquin, in addition to Paris 6 and a wide range of options from Jardins e Pinheiros.

Close to Oscar Freire station and Shopping El Dorado, our accommodation is located in the heart of one of the noblest areas of the city, with easy access to main avenues and Marginal Pinheiros.
