Hôtel sympathique avec une très belle vue.

Le personnel est charmant. On y faire du yoga et des massages. Cadre très agréable sans les enfants pendants 4 jours (que du bonheur). :-)

We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon. Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. Every morning, we had breakfast brought out to our balcony table which was an amazing start to the day. The location was fantastic as it’s very close to Imerovigli allowing us to walk to Fira if we were feeling up for it. On several mornings we decided to trek down to Skaros rock since it was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Our stay was during the last week of September and it was not crowded at all. When looking for hotels, we wanted to pick ones with good sunset views and some privacy. The Cream Suite provided both. We were able to view the sunset from the heated plunge pool which was covered from view of other guests. Additionally, this suite has its own private entrance so while you could see other guests over the fence, no one would be walking into your balcony area. Overall 10/10, you’ll have a great time if you book here!

Lovely clean and spacious accommodations. Clear view of the caldera and sunset. Large unit with big and convenient bathroom (in the cave?). Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Staff recommended a fabulous local tour guide for a very enjoyable and informative tour of the island

Got the senior villa and the view was not as good we thought of the caldera. The lack of view of caldera was a huge disappointment for the price. The villa was large and clean. The bathrooms and rooms were large. Full kitchen available except there is no microwave. It is not easy to get around or carry luggage around. There was a restaurant above us and it can get loud. The office is open from 8 am to 5 pm and there is no hokey drop box if you have to catch an early flight. The bus station is about 10 minutes walk and restaurants near by.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

This was the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend White Santorini enough. The view is absolutely amazing from our deck and the breakfast served there every morning was delicious and absolutely beautiful! If you go to Santorini, stay here, no doubt about it! We will be back!

Disappointed

Our reception staff shared misleading the parking guidance when we checked in and we got a parking ticket of 40 euros. What was truly disappointing was that they refused to take responsibility, lied that they had shared correct information, and implied that we are the ones being dishonest. It put a dent in our stay. There’s no onsite parking, and the free self-parking is more of game with lady luck as you would need to find something in a very busy square shared by many other properties and restaurants. It’s more street parking if anything.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is a big stretch. Facilities were old, as were the beds, pillows, and bathroom towels, although the linens and pool towels were nice. The decor was nice and it fit the surroundings. Service was ok in the mornings, with a good, prompt breakfast and cleaning service, but the afternoon/evening staff was not knowledgeable or very helpful. The room service was fast, but low quality (think, frozen pizza made in the microwave kind of food).
