VILLA VASILIAS (11 GUESTS) - PYRGOS

A private summer residence situated at Pyrgos traditional village in Santorini Island, with private pool. The house is built in a gently sloping site is surrounded by vineyards and faces southwest toward the Aegean Sea. It is built in three separate sections with 3 pools. When the main house and studio are booked together, you will have at your disposal the private swimming pool plus the plunge pool of the studio, while the guest house may be rented separately. Each part is designed in a way that offers privacy from each other, therefore even if the guest house is rented separately, you will have a private terrace and swimming pool. Service includes daily maid service and daily-enriched continental breakfast served in the villas, and linen change every 3rd day

MAIN HOUSE - 4 bedrooms.
As you enter from the main entrance on the ground floor area you face the large living area with sea view, mosaic floors, stylish sofas and a hand made marble coffee table. The balcony doors exits to the large terrace and the pool area. On you right there is a corridor with computer working space for 2 persons. At the end of the corridor there is an all white modern well equipped kitchen. The front window of the kitchen offers amazing sea views. The kitchen also exits to the outdoors terrace and there is a large outdoors dining table under a shaded pergola right outside that exit door.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms.
One bedroom with king size bed, TV, balcony with sea view and pool view.
The second bedroom features queen size bed, TV and balcony with sea views.
The 3rd bedroom features queen size bed, TV, terrace with land view on the back of the house.
The bedrooms are serviced from 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins situated on this floor.

From the main entrance of the house stairs lead you to the lower floor where you can find a spa room with large hot tub, gym equipment, sitting area with satellite TV and a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower.

The house has outdoors swimming pool and large exterior sea view terrace with multiple levels equipped with loungers, sunbeds, poofs and outdoors shaded dining area.

STUDIO - 1 bedroom
Next to the main house there is an extra guest studio with queen size bed, small living area kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and exterior area with a small private plunge pool and loungers.

Please note: Next to the main house there is a separate guesthouse with its own separate entrance, as well as a separate extra guest studio. These can be rented separately during your stay but they do not use your private swimming pool, they have their own.
