Covid-19 | Measures & Policies
Heliotopos, The Exclusive Hotel Experience, will provide express check-in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00 for all guests in order to ensure the cleanliness and natural ventilation of all the rooms • All guests and staff will be provided with masks and hydroalcoholic gel. Also, Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided at the hotel's entrance, restaurant, common areas and rooms • All common areas (pool and restaurant) will have the required distance layout • All rooms and common areas will be disinfected with a steam cleaner. Pool will be frequently checked (ph levels), also there will be frequent replacement of towels for every guest in the pool loungers. Information leaflets regarding Covid-19 regulations will be provided in every room and common areas.
