Rental rules:
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 12:00.
Please note: There is an extra government tax of €0.50 per villa per night, which has to be paid upon arrival.
The guests are responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of his/her party.
