THE SPACE
These two magnificent condos located in the same building offers all the comfort and convenience you need during your stay.
Revel in ultra modern furniture and decor. One of the apartments, located on the 17th Floor, and the other on the 18th. Each of the apartmemts has two bedrooms. One Master Bedroom with a King bed or Queen Bed and another bedroom with 2 Double Full beds. Both apartments has air conditioning in common areas and bedrooms.
The apartments has modern dining & living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, breakfast bard and a laundry areas on a recently built gated building, located in the most centrally located and exclusive sector of Santo Domingo.
The chic apartments has fast-speed internet (WiFi) , Smart TV and Cable TV. Also, premium tableware sets and kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms are equipped with Smartset Alarm Clock radios with bluetooth speaker, drawer dresser, nightstands, lamps, curtains, premium bedding and toiletries, as well as full body mirror and iron/ironning board.
Each property has 4 in-room beds. including a sofa bed in the Master Bedroom, and one of them a sofa bed in the living room, for a total of 9 beds.
The apartments has 4 private covered parking spaces assigned, 1 last generation elevator and a social area with shared pool and gym.
Also, systems of surveillance that control the access, perimeter and common areas of the project, total electric power plant coverage with automatic transfer, fire system, intercom systems, electric gates and garbage ducts.
