Enjoy the experience of staying in our comfy and modern apartment in Renacimiento , the apartment has incredible city views. 50" smart tv in the bedroom w/queen bed, high speed wifi and kitchen amenities. From here you can easily take ubers to restaurants, supermarkets and spend the afternoon shopping or just enjoy our terrace with city views.
Apartment is on the 6th floor but to access it you have to go up on the elevator to the 5th floor and then go up the stairs 1 floor to the 6th floor.
This modern comfortable one bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all travelerâs needs. quiet, private, secure and located in a residential building. The apartment has private terrace, private laundry area with washer and dryer and 1 parking spot.
-Fast Wi-Fi.
-Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room area.
-Hot water and electricity.
-Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided.
-NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS.
-THERE'S SECURITY 24/7 IN THE BUILDING.
