About the location:
This is a 12-building gated community residential located in Los Frailer, Sto Dgo East, 20 minutes from the international airport, Boca Chica, and Malecon Ave España.
The residential name is Quintas Jeremy Jose.
About the space:
This is a 73 meters ft (or 785st ft) small apartment unit with the following amenities:
-1 main bedroom with attached bathroom.
-1 Second bedroom for additional guests.
-Common bathroom, right next to the second bedroom (not attached).
- Small Kitchen
-Small laundry area. (but the washing machine is shared on the rooftop area with other guests in the same building)
-Living room with dining area.
-And small balcony facing the residential entrance.
-Each bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and AC units. No TV inside.
-Each bathroom is equipped with basic bathroom amenities.
-There is a 55" Smart TV wall mounted in the living room, along with a small couch and chair.
-One Small dining table with two fixed chairs, and two folding chairs.
-The kitchen is equipped with: table top stove, small gas tank, microwave, and basic kitchenware.
-Hot water system installed.
-Water reserve system for water outages.
-Electric Inverter for power outages.
-As mentioned before, there is a laundry area located on the rooftop, shared with other guests in the building.
-Free parking on premises.
All appliances and furniture are accommodated to suit the apartment space; no big couch or dinner table; no king or queen-size beds, no big kitchen stove.
House Rules:
-No smoking. If you need to smoke, you could do so on the rooftop or balcony, but not inside the apartment. If you do so, we'll charge extra for cleaning and removing cigarette odors.
-No loud music after 7pm.
-No events. Get-together are allowed, but no big events or parties. Please be careful with unknown guests visits.
The residential is fully monitored with security cameras, and the property itself with security cameras in the hallways and parking lot.
