Quiet, private, secure and located in a luxury building with an amazing social area with lounge, bar, grill and an infinity pool overlooking the city skyline.
Located near the best restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls and hotels in the city center of Santo Domingo
Guests can access the entire apartment and enjoy the common social areas of the condominium, including a gym, a roof top with beautifull view of the city, lounge, infinity pool and other amenities.

The apartment is located in Piantini, one of the most exclusive and safest neighborhoods of Santo Domingo. Just 35 minutes drive from Las Americas International Airport (with no traffic).
Enjoy easy access to downtown Santo Domingo, plazas, shops, many restaurants, vibrant nightlife and more.
Piantini is really the heart of the city, near it all, you have shops, plazas and restaurants at walking distance or just a short taxi ride away.
Uber and taxi cabs are easily accessible.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property.
Picture of passport or driver license is required prior arrival.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Loud music is not permitted at any time.
All guests must adhere to Torre Arpel 07 condominium policies.
All guests must have a valid, working phone number.
A fee of US$50.00 will be charged for lost remotes, or keycards.
Occupancy limit: 4. Any additional guests beyond this limit will be required to vacate the premises.
There is a $10 fee per guest, per night, after the second guest.
No visitors are allowed unless declared in the reservation.
Stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers will incur a US$30 fee per item.
Walking in hallways, stairs, or elevators in a bathing suit or without a shirt is not allowed.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the building. Surprise visits are not permitted.
Social areas are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Loud music is not allowed, and the areas are closed on Mondays for maintenance.
Respectful behavior is required in all areas of the building.
A fee of US$20 per night will be charged for any undeclared guest.
Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
Hookahs are prohibited on the property. Any guest caught using one will be expelled from the apartment, as they are prohibited by law.
Loudspeakers are not allowed inside the apartment or in the condoâs common areas.
A smoking fee of US$200 will be charged for any violation.
Late check-out fee: 30 minutes past check-out time will incur a US$50 fee. After 2 hours, an additional dayâs fee will be charged. However, this fee does not grant possession for an extra day; it is a penalty for overstaying and potentially impacting future reservations.
If you have a complaint about the property, addressing it to us or Airbnb authorizes us to enter the property to resolve the issue. We do not need additional permission to access the property for necessary repairs or cleaning.
Violations of these house rules may result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without a refund.
