House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following policies. Violations may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Quiet Hours & Occupancy

No parties or events. Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.

Visitors Policy

Daytime visitors: Up to 2 visitors allowed at any time.
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation.
$10/night fee per guest after the second guest.
Visitors staying longer than 4 hours are considered overnight guests.
Undeclared guests: $20/night fee per guest.

Booking & Communication

Local residents must contact the host before booking.
A valid working phone number is required for all reservations.

Prohibited Activities

No illegal drugs on the property.
No hookah—possession or use will result in expulsion.
No loudspeakers inside the apartment or common areas.
No smoking in any part of the apartment including the balcony —$200 fee for violations.

Fees & Penalties

Lost keys/remotes/keycards: $50 replacement fee.
Late check-out:
$50 for up to 30 minutes late.
After 2 hours, a full day’s fee will be charged.

Complaint Resolution

By submitting a complaint to us, you authorize the host to enter the property to resolve issues without further permission.
