Villa Can Paulo. Luxury House with pool and garden for 12 people in Santanyi:
Can PaulĂł is a magnificent, luxury villa located in the MondragĂł Natural Park, in the peaceful, natural countryside, 5 minutes from SantanyĂ­. The private property extends over more than 14000 m2 and includes beautiful gardens, verandas, swimming pool and, of course, the house: 500 m2 of living space on two floors. There are 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite and one bathroom shared by three bedrooms: accommodates a maximum of 12 people.

The cobbled road that snakes its way towards Can Pauló gives an idea that this is a very special place. But nothing can really prepare you for it. Photographs don’t do justice to the fantastic surroundings of this wonderful property. And the unobtrusive walls that you first see on your arrival won’t prepare you for what they hide: an impressive, luxurious house, designed to provide an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated (modern, homely, simple) using the highest quality materials. They also provide every possible comfort and all the equipment needed to guarantee a marvelous time. Everything is impeccable here and has a dazzling quality, intensified by the natural light which floods through the house. The light enters through large windows, which in turn provide stunning views - like paintings. Outside, the property blends harmoniously with perfectly-kept gardens, a swimming pool that could be from a film set, grand verandas and covered terraces, and exquisite peaceful, natural surroundings with views to infinity. (We are sure you will find it hard to leave the place, but you shouldn’t miss the lovely 15-minute walk to S’Amarador).

Santanyi has everything you will need and is an interesting town to visit, market day is busy but worth the trip. The communication with the rental team could not have been better - thank you Belen.

Our group of 11 people has just completed a two-week brilliant stay at Can Paulo. We thorougly enjoyed our time in this superb house, and we consider Cati and Paola excellent hosts.The house is modern, spacious, tastefully designed, and highly funcitonal. It is built of quality materials, and it is well-equipped with high-standard furniture. It includes a top-of-the-line modern kitchen, a nice barbecue area (that also serves as a bar with a proper beer tap), and an impressively long and wonderful pool. All of the rooms are spacious, and each of the four upstairs bedrooms comes with modern bathroom facilities and a terrace with beautiful views of green forest, fields and/or hills. The views from the ground level are very nice as well, especially from the outdoor terrace and the pool, as the house is located in a sparsely populated area at the edge of a green and attractive natural park. Paola war eine großartige Gastgeberin. Super netter Kontakt und wirklich viel UnterstĂŒtzung. Das Haus ist einfach nur schön. Wir haben uns sofort darin verliebt. Mit den Schlafbereichen in den FlĂŒgeln und zentralem Wohn- KĂŒchen-Essbereich bietet das Haus optimale Bedingungen fĂŒr zwei his vllt sogar drei Familien. DasHaus ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Eigentlich ist alles noch viel schöner als es auf den Bildern erscheint.Aussenbereich auch super schön mit 16 m langen Pool und hochwertigen Liegen. Wir haben den Urlaub jedenfalls rundum genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Danke fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub.

Amazing villa

Had a family holiday. It is a really nice and modern villa. Nice pool, outside kitchen/grill/bar. Away from the roads and gated. Very private.
