Wonderful summer house with stunning views and direct access to the paradisaical beach of Cala d'Or, becoming the dreamy place of 8 guests
Preparing a delicious breakfast on the terrace is the first thing you will think of when you wake up early each morning, as the views over the spectacular waters of Cala d'Or will be a privileged accompaniment. Afterwards, you can relax on two sun loungers if you wish to enjoy the sun in a more peaceful and cosy atmosphere. A second, more secluded terrace is the perfect place for a read and a cup of tea before heading down to the beach for a swim, as it leads directly to it via a beautiful stairway - a real luxury!

This two storey house welcomes you with a warm and charming living room, where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch a TV series in the satellite TV channels. Then, you access the dining area, perfectly furnished to enjoy your favourite dishes by the terrace and the landscape. Next to the dining you will find the kitchen, with a ceramic top or the oven to cook and enjoy the dishes on the dining table. There are four bedrooms in total, all of them with a closet and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms still are on the main floor, one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other with two twin beds. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, again one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. There also is a toilet and two independent bathrooms with a shower each. We will be happy to provide a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There are three fans and the laundry room completes the equipment (this includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board).

The house is located in a very quiet urbanisation submerged in an environment of amazing beauty. You can see how Cala d'Or is a true paradise where you will want to spend the whole vacation, but we invite you to visit other dream-like beaches and coves like Cala Ferrera, Cala Egos, Cala Santanyí and the impressive Natural Park of Mondragó, among many other natural jewels. If you like playing golf, the course of Golf Vall d'Or is just 8.8 km away.

A fantastic stay in a lovely old Spanish villa. A lovely place now that you had children and grandchildren with you who love the beach and water. This villa even has its own access to the beach. It is also well located if you want a bit of city life.

This place is all about the location, which is second to none. Other than that it’s quite an average property - tired and a bit outdated. Note the property might sleep 8, but overall it isn’t fit for 8.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Only problems were the washing machine that didn't work properly. Would be nice if instructions in English were available. Furthermore some of the kitchen machines didn't work.

Et fantastisk ophold i en skøn gammel spansk villa beliggende på et vidunderligt spot med egen nedgang til stranden. Specielt når man havde børn og børnebørn med som elsker stand og vandet. Et ekstra plus var at der var bynære muligheder tæt på.

The most beautiful beaches

The spacious home is located at one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and within a 2 minute walk from the town center. Our group had plenty of room and the kitchen was very well equipped. Staff was prompt and accommodating when responding to issues during our stay.
