There is also an older gas kitchen on this floor. Upstairs, a second cozy living room with sofa and rocking chair offers a perfect spot to unwind or read in peace. This floor includes three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.

The property is located in southeastern Mallorca, just 7 minutes by car from the center of Santanyí, which offers all essential services, including supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, and a traditional market held twice weekly with fresh produce, crafts, and local atmosphere. One of the area’s greatest attractions is the proximity to the sea: Cala Santanyí, a turquoise-water beach ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply sunbathing, is only 12 minutes by car.
