This modern Florida home comes with a complimentary 6-seater golf cart, 4 bikes, & is conveniently located in a lush neighborhood setting that is sure to become a truly memorable vacation experience. Crossings II has the Dragonfly community pool & as a guest of WaterColor you will also have access to the Camp WaterColor and WaterColor Beach Club.

Upon entering "Terrapin Station" vacation rental home you will find a gracefully decorated & inviting living, dining, & kitchen areas. The living area offers entertainment with an HDTV & comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern & beautifully designed to showcase granite countertops & top of the line stainless steel appliances, providing everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal on the gas stove & a Keurig Duo for however you like to make your coffee. The dining area can accompany 8 while the kitchen island can seat 3. A half bath is located off the common areas. The open floor plan makes this home perfect for group gatherings & entertainment space. Looking for a bit of fresh air? Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the screened in porch & outdoor lounge area. Relaxation spaces are abundant at this home.

The main level of this home offers a king suite & a private bath with a double vanity & walk-in shower. The second floor offers a master king suite, a private balcony with lounge chairs, & a private bath with a double vanity & walk-in shower. Also located on this level is the bonus living area equipped with an HDTV & a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed, trundle bed, & shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Lastly, this level of the home is accompanied by a king room and a king suite with a private bathroom & a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have an HDTV. This home conveniently offers a laundry room & enough space to sleep 11 comfortably. The location of this home lends itself to convenience & made easy with a 6-seater street legal electric golf cart & the 4 bicycles provided with the house during your stay. In addition to the Crossings II Dragonfly community pool, guests of WaterColor are also offered access to the amenities at the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club & Camp WaterColor. The WaterColor Beach Club features a new main pool & lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with a zero-entry, cabanas, beach access, & a selection of restaurants & bars. All accompanied by beautiful views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico! Beautiful house with great floor plan!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful house with a great floor plan for entire family. The house was very clean and the location was perfect and close to everything. The 6 seat golf cart was very handy to use to get around. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and the hosts/property manager provided excellent customer service.

Perfect location for large family

The house was perfect for our family. It was very close to the Publix grocery store (walking distance, biking, golf cart). But, it was well shielded from the busy store parking lot. The house was located on a quiet, quaint street. Plenty of parking for other family members. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the Dragonfly pool as well as the other Water Color amenities. 5 stars all around.

PERFECT VACATION

Our stay at Watercolor was perfect in every way! This home was soooooooo clean and sooooo beautifully decorated! If I could give more than five stars I would! And even better we got to bring our pet with us! We also loved having the golf cart for traveling around Watercolor! This will be the place that i look first to book when I come back to Watercolor.

Great Place!

This is an amazing house in a great location! Would have given 5 stars for all categories but we did have quite a few ants, but then again Florida and the time of year it didn't bother us too much. Otherwise the place was very very clean. Check-in we had a bit of a hiccup, took about 40 minutes, but the property management stayed in contact the whole time and eventually got us in. Overall great experience. Golf cart and other amenities was a huge perk. thanks!

Great Stay!

We only stayed 2 nights out of the 5 because it was so crowded and rained non stop but it was still a lot of fun. The place is really beautiful - very spacious and clean. The property manager was great and even during after hours, she gave me her personal cell number to handle any issues. She got right back to me on a few trivial questions, and I appreciated that very much. If the weather was better and it wasn’t so crowded, we would have had a blast. The beds and bathrooms were clean, cozy, and nicely appointed.

Excellent property well located away from traffic but convenient to all attractions. Home had all the cooking utensils and appliances all worked except for the garbage disposal. Golf cart included which the kids loved. Would definitely stay there again

Seaside Fun

Property was outstanding. The popularity of Seaside has caused the area to lose its charm. Seaside has become too busy and too many people come there now. This is my 7th consecutive year. While this property was absolutely wonderful, the city just isn’t the same. AWESOME HOUSE CITY IS TOO BUSY!

Wonderful Home
