Wanderlust is a newly renovated 3-bedroom home in the heat of Seagrove Beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Wanderlust provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for you, your dog, and the entire family!

The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Could not have been better!

House was the perfect size for our family of four and could have had more! Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to stay in and cook. Clean and comfy beds. Easy walk to the beach or bike ride to Seaside. Great pool in the community. We will be back!

We were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. Love how close it was to the beach. So close we never even went to the pool. the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels. Happy wife happy life!

Perfect for Us

This is a great house in a great neighborhood. It was very comfortable and homey. Like others that stayed here, we also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened-in porch. We didn’t cook a lot but found most everything needed. The can opener was a little unusual so not sure if it works or I just didn’t know how to work it. The grill is a gas grill, not charcoal as listed, and only one side worked. It was also pretty dirty so it would be nice if it got a good cleaning for the next guest that wants to grill out. The location is quiet, safe, and convenient to everything. We enjoyed the bikes and rented a golf cart. The bikes are provided by VacayZen and they were very responsive when we had a bike with issues, i.e., chain kept coming off. There are TWO pools and a tennis/pickle ball court for use and all are in great shape and very nice. We also loved the gravel sidewalks on both sides of the street and walking paths in the center of the first circle of the neighborhood where we walked our dog. Each swimming pool had a doggie bag and trash can station for their poop. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is our 2nd time to stay and we absolutely love the house!! The fresh painting, added walkway, and cleared yard is beautiful and adds so much to the property. The bikes and awesome beach equipment make the week so easy. We also appreciated being able to bring our elderly little dog with and she definitely loved being included in the vacation. Thank you!! Wanderlust was the perfect beach cottage for our spring break. We love the neighborhood, so quiet. My favorite part of the home is the screened porch. Perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The house is very comfortable and met all of our needs.

Relaxing and Comfortable!

Wonderful location with a beautiful wrap around screened porch! Enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch each morning. Easy, beautiful bike rides to Seaside and Grayton Beach each day. Loved all the trees on the property shading the porch! Beautiful and relaxing beach vacation.

Adorable and Comfortable

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were very nicely kept and the whole house felt roomy even with 8 people in the house. The wrap around porch made for a perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The beach was a quick 3-4 min bike ride. We plan to book again for next year!

Sweet Cottage in Great Neighborhood

This beach cottage is a perfect getaway, just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of trees and so close to the beach - we did the walk to the beach with our five kids, all under 8 years old, and they were totally fine. The house itself is cozy and sweetly decorated, with everything you need - gas grill, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The property manager was also so quick to respond to my many questions, which was appreciated. We can't wait to visit Seaside again next year!

Perfect beach bungalow

Our family of 4 (2 teen daughters, hubby and I) absolutely loved this cute bay galore tucked in the woods easily walkable to the beach. This was our first time staying off 30-A, and after driving around Rosemary Beach and Seaside, we were so happy that we picked Sea Grove and especially this property. It was nestled in a cute, quiet, heavily wooded neighborhood directly off 30-A. We walked to the beach and took some of the beach chairs and the umbrella on the porch left by other guests (I assume) which was a huge blessing to us since we didn’t have room in our packed car to bring these items on our road trip from Texas. The house is well equipped with everything you’ll need. I bought batteries for 2 of the Wii remotes while we were there (the place has a stash of lots of Wii games). My husband and oldest teen daughter enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. The bungalow is decorated so cute and was very homey and comfy. My family loves that kind of thing! Since I had never stayed on 30-A I wasn’t sure if I should pre-rent bikes or a golf cart. After scoping out the place, distance to the beach and distance to the nearby villages (Seaside, Ally’s and Rosemary Beach) we ended up not renting anything but walking to/from the beach and driving to the villages. It worked out just fine. Some families staying in the neighborhood had little wagons (like you find at Costco with rugged wheels) to haul beach stuff. Good tip for all of us! Overall, my family rates this bungalow our favorite beach location. We will definitely be back!
