Beach set ups provided by La Dolce Vita Beach Rentals or you can use the beach chairs and umbrellas we provide for your use.

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in sought-after Walton Dunes Townhomes, is situated directly on our pristine private gated beach. Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 6, with a king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Located on the main level of the townhome, you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The master bedroom, master bathroom, 2nd bedroom, 2nd full bathroom and washer/dryer are located on the upper level.

The living room features a roomy custom sectional sofa with seating for 5, plus two additional chairs so your party can spread out and enjoy the large 60-inch Flat Screen SmartTV (with extended high definition channels) and Blu-ray DVD player.

If the weather keeps you inside, we've provided a collection books, board games and puzzles to keep you entertained.

Dining room, our large rectangular dining table offers plenty of room and seating for 6 to gather for dining, card games or family night assembling a puzzle.

In addition to Full Size stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, flat glass-top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave), our fully stocked kitchen has all the pots, pans, baking dishes, and kitchen gadgets needed to prepare a casual snack or gourmet feast. To complete the kitchen, you'll find a blender, crock pot, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, 4-slot toaster, electric mixer and more.

The half bathroom reflects coastal decor with shiplap walls, pedestal sink and comfort height toilet.

The master bedroom is decorated in a soft, restful coastal decor, with a private balcony where you'll enjoy a beautiful ocean view. This is one of theviews in listing. Custom built-in storage features dresser drawers, closet for hanging clothes, a 42" Flat Screen SmartTV, DVD player and charging station for your electronics.

Adjacent to the 2nd bedroom, is a full bath, equipped with a large new tub and shower combination and vanity with granite top.

The full size high efficiency washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hall closet between the two bedrooms.

To insure your stay is enjoyable, we provide bed sheets, towels- 6 in each full bathroom, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 6 beach towels. And of course the unit has central Heat/Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room and free high speed wireless Internet on a secure network.

Our beachfront unit has a private covered carport, that will accommodate 2 vehicles and will keep your vehicle protected and cool during the hot summer months. Parking is permitted for 2 vehicles only. RV's, golf carts, trailers and motorized water craft are not permitted.

The beautiful sugar sand beach is just steps away across the private walkway. You may use the beach chairs provided with rental or order beach service set-ups for your stay from La Dolce Vida. This is an amazing service, it’s nice to walk or and have your chairs and umbrella already set up.


Unit #7 provides 6 Beach towels, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in unit if you prefer to set up yourself.

Walton Dunes #7 is conveniently located a short walk or bike ride from Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s Seafood and the Big Chill is nearby. This is a fun spot for kids.
