Beach Access: Ocean Caroles and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately a 0.6 miles to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain and 1.5 miles from the Gulf View Heights Beach Access, both having public restrooms.

Pool Access: Just a short (about 4-minute) walk from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A.  Ocean Caroles is also steps from the Point Washington State Park, along with its many miles of meandering walking and mountain biking trails.

We visited during spring break with two adults and three teens. The house was great for us. Plenty of room to gather and separate when needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool area was lovely and never crowded. They had security pass through frequently. The fire pit in the pool area was out of order though. The bikes and golf cart were nice to have. We could walk to the beach and to restaurants. We felt centrally located on 30A, we drove both east and west for different activities. This area was less touristy and therefore less crowded and less busy. Other areas along 30A were packed with people everywhere. We had no issues with the home, therefore no communication with the rental company, other than check-in and check-out reminders. The kitchen was well equipped, we grilled and made meals at home multiple times. There were some extras that we weren’t expecting, such as beach towels, board games, cooking oils, spices, foil and plastic bags. Our very minor suggestions for improvement would be liquid hand soap (bar soap is gross) and providing Kleenex. Very happy and definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was nice but in need of some fresh paint. Convenient to the beach (5 minute ride) with the golf car that comes with the property. My opinion is they could add a few more things to the "welcome pack" and make it a great vacation! Chintzy on the offerings! We had a great time with daughter and her family (3 grandkids).

Rental was beautiful. Management property prior to the trip was helpful. But once we checked in there was an issues with the property's AC unit system. Motor was blown according to the tech who finally came out the next day.. Due to mishap and inconveniences for our family was told they were Unfortunately they have found a way to get out of honoring the one night refund.

The house itself was great!! It was clean and very comfortable for 6 people. I will say the golf cart was an issue the entire stay and the issue was never resolved by the management company. The management company was awful to deal with. I spent way too much time trying to email back and forth to get the issue taken care of and they still never took care of the problem. The golf cart was not the golf cart in the picture. It had a flat tire (which we pumped up over and over) and it would not hold a charge. Sometimes we couldn’t even get the golf cart to charge at all. It was a very frustrating experience! One of the reasons why we chose this home was because it included a golf cart. Also, the HOA for this neighborhood is very strict. We would not rent from this management company again.

Wonderful beach vacation!!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Breath of Fresh Air in Highland Parks!!! This community and home is so beautiful and conveniently located to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The golf cart was a highlight of the trip for us and our special needs son. He thought it was the coolest thing to ride a golf cart on the street!! The pool and outdoor seating area was well designed and beautiful!!! The location is perfect, the home was comfortable and well furnished, the bikes and golf cart was an incredible bonus, and the area was very family oriented!! This property is managed by an awesome company. There was plenty of towels, paper products, etc. which was a pleasant surprise. We had a non-urgent question to which they responded very promptly via text. No complaints from us!! We loved every moment and hope to return in the future!!!

Roomy House

Good rental in a great neighborhood. House has great basics, but is lacking some of the items that would truly make it perfect. Most rentals have books,games, beach towels, some beach toys, and basic kitchen supplies like foil and spices. This rental had great furnishings, kitchen equipment, etc, but lacked the extra stuff that makes using a rental easier. If you don’t mind bringing all the miscellaneous stuff with you, then no problem. I’d stay again, just bring my own cards and beach towels!
