Vacation At Its Finest presents âTrae Bien,â a beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom vacation retreat in Seagrove Beach with a separate 1-bedroom carriage house. This exceptional home is conveniently located near the beach and Eastern Lake, while offering a private pool (Jan 26), fire pit, a screened-in patio, and ample parking for multiple guest vehicles.
** POOL WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL MAR 1, 2026 **
ACCOMMODATIONS:
âą Primary Suite (1st Floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
âą Primary Suite (2nd Floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, glass shower, and double vanity
âą Queen Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen Murphy bed (set up with full linens), shared bath
âą Bunk Room (2nd Floor): Twin over full bunk bed, Twin over Twin bunk bed, shared bath
âą Carriage House: Queen Murphy bed (set up with full linens), ensuite bath
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
Pet Friendly Home - dogs under 40 pounds, with flea/tick prevention; must be house trained and kenneled when away from the home. ** Please note that there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee if you are bringing a pet.
Experience the charm of Trae Bien, a beautifully decorated beach retreat ideal for families, groups, and yes, even your fur babies! The main house features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. As you enter the home, the first floor offers a master suite with its own ensuite, an open kitchen. dining and living area with a separate half bath, and a wonderful screened-in porch for cozy conversation and drinks. The second floor features a master suite with its own luxurious ensuite with a large soaking tub, double vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor that share a full bath. The bunk room comfortably accommodates five guests, while the other guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized Murphy bed, which is ready with fresh linens. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk.
In addition to the main house, the property features a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom carriage house. This separate space is equipped with a full kitchen, an office area, and its own washer and dryer, offering extra privacy for guests.
Designed for relaxation and fun, Trae Bienâs expansive backyard is ideal for outdoor games, with ample seating for soaking in the coastal atmosphere. Located south of 30A, this beach home is just a short stroll to the beach and Eastern Lake, which provides a boat ramp.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, sleep mask, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driverâs license or passport, for age and identity verification.
