â Enjoy the 30A walking/biking path to explore all the idyllic 30A beach towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seacrest, Prominence/The Big Chill, and Seaside for shopping and dining!
âYou will love our location with easy access to many of your favorite places like Shunk Gulley, the Perfect Pig, Real and Raw, Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, Mimmos, Blue Mountain Creamery, and quick distance to bike rentals, unique shops.
â Youâll love exploring Gulf Place just across the street. Pick up your morning donuts from Charlies or have brunch and mimosas at the Perfect Pig. You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a double decker with slides pontoon and boat over to Shell Island! Grayton Beach is home to 30A's famed Underwater Museum of Art - the first underwater permanent sculpture exhibit in the US for scuba divers. So much to do, you better stay longer!

We have a garage space, driveway space, and several guest spaces in our small neighborhood that are first come, first served. Additional paid parking is available at Grayton Forest Parking for approximately $15/day and is close to the Grayton Shuttle for easy access to some great spots to visit in the Grayton area!
HOUSE RULES
âą Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
âą Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
âą All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
âą CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
âą Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
âą No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or outdoor areas
âą Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
âą We provide starter supplies of toiletries and paper products and all bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide beach towels.
