Welcome to Sunshine Reflections. This luxury beach cottage boasts a short .4 mile stroll to the Emerald Gulf waters. Don't feel like walking to the beach? You are in luck as this home has a brand new 6 person golf cart ($800 value) to take you to the beach and other attractions. Two blocks from the largest public beach access on 30A and all the restaurants, shops and bars in vibrant Gulf Place. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and fishing a quick walk or golf cart ride away and avoid the parking hassles with public beach golf cart parking.

This beautiful residence is in pristine condition. Fully furnished with high-end designer furniture custom made for this home's floor plan by an exclusive North Carolina artisan furniture factory.

When not at the beach, the community pool is directly across the street. After the sun, enjoy the backyard oasis patio. Completely surrounded by native landscaping on both sides, great for cookouts and cocktails on the included outdoor dining set and propane gas grill.

This home features many desired luxury finish concepts including shiplap entryway, 10-foot ceilings (both floors), durable hand scraped hardwoods throughout, every bedroom has its own bath with quartz counters and custom tile work, huge designer upscale kitchen with large pantry, quartz countertops, marble backsplash and stainless upgraded appliances. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, there is a countertop ice maker and air fryer.

We had a great stay @ Sunrise Reflections! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen and dining area accommodated everyone. Having access to the golf cart made a huge difference in getting around. While the walk to the beach wasnt far being able to pack up the golf cart with our beach supplies made it much easier. We did end up packing our own beach supplies (chairs, toys, umbrella, etc) as those items were not available. We drove so wasnt a problem for us but for those flying in keep that in mind. This was our first time to Santa Rosa and there is limited public beach access because of this the beach was always packed. Pool is right across the street and while small it was never crowded & kids had a blast.

Nice home in convenient location

Overall we had a great vacation while staying at this rental. The house was lovely and perfectly located for our needs. The golf cart was especially helpful. We appreciated the short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. We recommend parking at the public access near Dune Allen Drive, as we always found a spot to park and setup on the beach. While the house had everything we needed, was spacious, and beautifully decorated, we were disappointed to find the gas grill was rusted and there was damage to some of the interior trim from a prior guest. Also, the community pool is very small and was crowded most days. These things didn’t really affect our stay much, just unexpected. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great time in a great location!

This was our first visit to 30A and this property was perfect for our family of 6 with room to spare. The kids loved cruising around in the golf cart to the different nearby beaches. Found a few great restaurants within cart/walking distance, house was well appointed and we had a great time!

Very clean and decorated super cute! Great location, beach was a very short golf cart ride and loved the pool being across the street. Kitchen was well equipped. The beach house is the perfect place to vacation! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway!!

It was wonderful! The place was clean and close to the beach. The golf cart they provided was amazing, much appreciated! Overall it was a very nice stay and the beach and water were gorgeous!! There was one day of downpours but it helped our sunburns heal for a bit- haha! Would definitely rent again!

Great location and incredible property manager

We have stayed in the area previously and love the location and ease of access to Gulf Place and the beach. The house was a perfect fit for our party of 9. Loved the communication from the property manager before our travels as well as during our stay, she was always available when I had questions or concerns. The golf cart was an ideal transportation option for dinner and getting back and forth to the beach. The only negatives we had with the property was lack of hot water(1st world problems, I know) if multiple people showered at the same time, so we had to stagger showers after a day at the beach. Also had an issue with the tv and a possible lack of “technology” education on our part to be able to watch cable tv(streaming services) but was able to mirror our phone to watch basketball games. The property manager attempted to help us with numerous ideas with the tv but we were unable to get it to work for us. There was also a closet that had numerous boxes stored in it thus we were unable to use it for clothing storage. The property manager did suggest storing in another area on the property(shed) or sending someone out to move them but we decided not to worry about it since it was a kids room. The final thing, the back patio needs to be weeded and the patio furniture needs to be cleaned so it can be used as additional entertaining space. Donna, the property manager, was very attentive and answered all my texts in a timely manner. Though we had a few minor things that were a minor inconvenience, we would definitely give the property and staff a 5 star rating. We would definitely recommend staying at this property to anyone who really wants a relaxed and carefree vacation. Beautiful property:)

Perfect home away from home.

We came down with my husbands parents, his brother, wife, and children. We all had our own clean space. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for activities. The golf cart was a huge plus so we could all go to the beach without driving separate vehicles. the property manager stayed in contact with us throughout the trip and was nothing short of amazing. I cannot wait to book our next trip in this home!

Incredible rental!

This was the most incredible rental - 20/10 recommend it. The location is perfect, you can walk or take a short golf cart ride to the local restaurants, coffee, liquor store PLUS the beach. It couldn’t have been more perfect for access to the public beach - a 2 min golf cart ride! Having the golf cart was perfect for the nights we grabbed dinner just up 30a too; I don’t think we’d do a 30a vacation without one! The house is beautiful, very nice, clean, and the beds are comfy! We went with 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone LOVED it. We’re already planning our trip back next year. Donna was so responsive and lovely - don’t sleep on this location!

Beach Vacation

This is a treasure of a place to stay. The house is very well kept, and the golf cart was the best addition to property. Our kids loved to go for a drive and the place was close to the beach to either walk or take the golf cart. There were lots of little places to eat nearby for the times we didn't feel like cooking and a great pool to spend time in right across the street. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Family Rental

This was our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach, and this rental was absolutely perfect! The house was lovely, clean, and spacious and had every convenience. Location is great—right across the street from the pool and a quick walk to the beach (although we loved the included golf cart!). Owner checked in via text several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beach House Bliss

The listing, rental and communications prior to arrival were simple and seamless. Upon arrival the home was just as described. Not only that, it was immaculately cleaned, towels, hair products and kitchen necessities such as dish detergent, dishwasher drop-ins and other amenities made the home hotel like. The beach is a short walk and the golf cart made the journey in less than 2 minutes. Of course the beach was spectacular! The kitchen was well appointed and got lots of use. The location is wonderfully close to restaurants and shopping. The property management team reached out to us multiple times to ensure we were happy. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
