«SunCats» Beach House est une nouvelle maison de plage située dans le quartier chic de Lakeside à Blue Mountain Beach. SunCats est une maison construite sur mesure située juste à cÎté de la pittoresque route 30A et à seulement 2 pùtés de maisons (à pied) de l'accÚs à la plage de Blue Mountain Beach qui comprend un parking pour les vélos et les voitures. De la maison, vous pouvez facilement marcher, faire du vélo ou conduire à la plage (plusieurs vélos sont inclus avec votre location). L'accÚs à Blue Mountain Beach dispose également de toilettes pour votre confort à la plage. SunCats est proche de Seaside, WaterColor et Grayton Beach.

Une passerelle relie cette subdivision aux magasins de Redfish Village, y compris les restaurants, une pharmacie et d'autres magasins. Lakeside at Blue Mountain est un quartier trÚs calme avec beaucoup d'intimité pour votre famille et vos invités. La piscine est juste au coin de la maison.

SunCats dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat de 55 ', un balcon privé et une salle de bain privée avec une douche en verre et travertin. Deux chambres supplémentaires disposent de lits queen size avec 42 'téléviseurs à écran plat. Une chambre avec lits superposés comprend deux lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat de 94 cm. Un canapé-lit gigogne est disponible dans le salon qui dispose d'une télévision à écran plat 55 '. Le service DVR DirecTV pour toute la maison est inclus. Le wifi est également disponible pour votre confort.

La cuisine et le salon sont la caractéristique principale et occupent tout le premier étage. Une cuisine gastronomique haut de gamme avec des comptoirs en granit dispose d'un bar et d'une table à manger séparée pour accueillir de grands rassemblements. Un barbecue à gaz Weber Genesis situé juste à l'extérieur de la porte arriÚre.

SunCats a un plan d'étage ouvert avec des planchers en bois luxueux et des canapés et des espaces de vie confortables. Dßnez et détendez-vous sur l'un des deux porches extérieurs. Le porche avant comprend une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes ou plus. La piscine à proximité dispose d'une douche extérieure, d'une table, d'un parasol et de chaises.

SunCats est une merveilleuse maison de vacances et Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage. Cette nouvelle maison a toutes les commoditĂ©s que vous pouvez imaginer. The owners were very responsive to every question I had leading up to our vacation. The home was exactly as advertised and very lovely. Everything was in perfect condition when we arrived and a small gift basket on the counter was an unexpected nice surprise. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. They also have a lot beach items you can borrow like extra chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a wagon which allowed us to not have to bring as much with us. It was nice to have restaurants/ice cream in walking distance. Beach is about a 7-9 minute walk which wasn’t bad. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Suncats. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. Low key area in Blue Mountain compared to surrounding beach areas but great location for lots of options for dining out. Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Communication with Christine was excellent and very good recommendations in the welcome binder. House had everything we needed for the week and was exactly as described. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Really appreciated having the laundry just off the side entry. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay! Suncats is a beautiful, clean beach home. The hosts thought of everything - they had beach supplies, bikes, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a gift basket of treats for us upon check-in. We will be back! They also responded to us quickly when I had a question prior to check-in.

Great house and location! We loved that we could bring our dog, get beach service for chairs/umbrella, and rent a golf cart nearby at GeauxTime. It was an ideal spot for our family to relax!

We loved SunCats!! The location is fabulous. We have stayed many times in Blue Mtn but this time was special because we felt right at home. This is the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to have their space but also, cozy enough for everyone to come together and watch a movie or play a game. We will definitely book again!

Amazing Getaway - They Thought of Everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & the neighborhood was quiet & cute. The beds were comfortable & the house is close to the pool (around a 2-3 min walk) & the beach (around 7 min adult pace & 10 min with a 4 yr old). It really was an easy walk with the cut through by the plaza. The kids enjoyed the 2 kid bikes provided & we appreciated having other pool & beach amenities available, especially the beach wagon & lots of beach chairs. The house is well furnished & the owners thought of just about anything you may need. We all enjoyed the balcony swing (very peaceful). We all enjoyed the games provided as well! The added touch of the goodie bucket upon arrival was very sweet! Overall, we had a wonderful time & highly recommended this house! We wish we would have known the pool only has a largest depth of around 4.5 feet, so no true "deep end", but we still had fun. Renting a golf cart may be helpful, but we made do without. Also, the inside steps are hardwood (slippery) & top bunk ladder is a bit hard to climb for our 7 & 9 yr olds. Note on things to bring: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs. They did supply these things, but we ran out (we had 9 people). Also, be sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash, etc. A stepstool is helpful if you have young children to reach the sinks. We also wished we would have brought a travel mug for coffee/tea in the morning for a morning walk or walk to the beach.

Great vacation!

Beautiful stay in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room and appreciated all the added hospitality that the owners put in such as extra towels, hand soap, beach gear, etc. There were a few things that could have made our stay a little more comfortable; water/ice maker on the fridge, extra sheets, and the AC was not accurate with the thermostat. Other than those small things, we had a great time and the hosts were easy to communicate with!

We really enjoyed staying at Christine’s house. It was bigger than it looked online and was very clean. We had an issue with the fridge and it wasn’t working when we got there. Christine and her husband, Edge, went above and beyond to get the issue resolved as soon as possible and we really appreciated that! Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t beat the responsiveness of Christine and Edge!

Wonderful beach house

This home is beautiful, very close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants and ice cream/bakery. You are also very close to the bike path that runs then entire length of 30a. This location is central to Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Gulf Place. House is very well stocked with all the necessary cooking items, comfortable bedding and high quality linens and bath towels. We also used the beach chairs, and would have used the bikes had we not brought our own. The patio areas and outdoor seating areas are great bonus spaces. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Loved!!

Had the best time here! Great location, close to the beach. Lovely home in a cute neighborhood. We were there during spring break and it was sooo much less crowded than the other towns but close enough to go visit. definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay!

The Suncats house was a perfect place for our family of six to rest, play, and enjoy 30A! The house was clean, comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, full laundry room, in addition to everything else we needed for our beach vacation. Lots of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards. The bikes and trailer were great! We loved the pool in the Lakeside neighborhood as well. Short, easy walk to the beach. The owners were responsive and attentive and the communication was very easy. Would highly recommend this house!

Let me just say Suncats is Fabulous! Best place ever!

We have rent lots of beach houses in the area and most were okay. Suncats is definitely one we will rent again. It had everything you need to live just like home. The bed in the master was very comfortable! That is a big deal for my husband and I because we have rented other places and the bed was so hard we left early! It was rainy and cold most days, but the porches allow some outdoor activities. It was also great to have dishwashing and washing machine pods! It can be so frustrating when one pays so much to stay somewhere and the simple things people can do to make it easier for us. There was also dish soap and hand soap. Yes, we’ve been placed where none was provided! Also enough toilet paper to last for our stay. I don’t think most rentals thing about this, but hotels provide toilet paper! I think the property owners understand southern hospitality! I highly recommend. There were 5 adults staying and we had lots of room! We’ll be back y’all!

Great stay, great location

Can't beat 30A, this property is about a seven minute walk from the beach. Easy walk to tacos and ice cream. The bunk room was a little small but fit the pack n play and kids. I used the provided bikes and beach umbrellas and there were sufficient instructions in case something happened with the bikes maintenance wise. Only thing was no shower soap! Over all we might be back.

Lots of fun!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication with the owner was exceptional! Comfy beds, home was perfect for us! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the bikes were great too!
