C'est dans une petite communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec seulement 6 maisons ~ trĂšs privĂ© et sĂ©curisĂ©. Bella Breeze a une PISCINE PRIVÉE avec l'option de chauffer, deux cuisines avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, deux espaces de vie, des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans la plupart des chambres, un barbecue extĂ©rieur et beaucoup d'espace intĂ©rieur pour accueillir les rĂ©unions de famille ou les grandes vacances en famille / amis. La table de la cuisine et la grande piscine surdimensionnĂ©e peuvent facilement accueillir 20 personnes. I was on weekend with my family and friends. We really liked it. The house is very spacious and has a swimming pool, right by the beach. The house has everything you need. We immediately received answers to all our questions. Everyone really liked it. I think we will come back here more than once.

Summer Pace has EVERYTHING

If you have a large group; this home is your best option on 30A. There are 12 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 4 half baths that provide lots of privacy and comfy niches for all ages. The family room and kitchen eating area are huge. There are two full kitchens with dishwashers , microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators. Our group of 23 loved the ice maker, private swimming pool , and easy beach access with NO road crossing! Our family has gone to the Seagrove area for over 25 years and done a lot of research on possible places to stay. We have stayed at Summer Pace 3 out of the 4 last stays and missed one opportunity because we waited too late to book it!

Most memorable beach trip!

Everyone in our 20-person party agreed that this home exceeded expectations. Being literally steps from the beach was an enormous luxury! And having two kitchens was also a must when feeding so many guests. The kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were all clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. Communication with property management was timely and thorough, and we even got an early check-in which made arrival much easier for some of our guests. Cannot say enough about this house, everyone was impressed and relieved to be so close to the beach.

We had 12 couples (24) adults all stay for a quick Birthday getaway. House worked out great, location, restrooms, bedrooms with multiple kitchen areas. Family trip celebrating my husband’s retirement

The location was fantastic. Great access to the beach. The pool was great. Kids loved playing there when not at the beach. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and gathering spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, cooking tools but needs to be reorganized. Had to search at times. Probably because people put things away randomly. We were not provided with many trash bags, only 1roll of paper towels, only 2 dish towels for 2 kitchens and no dish cloths to last a week. We had to buy those items. Other than that, we loved it.

SRB Family Vaca 2024

Our recent stay at Bella Breeze was nothing short of spectacular. Accommodating 23 family members spanning from 7 months to 73 years old, we were thrilled to find ample space for everyone. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our vacation. One of the standout features was the sheer abundance of kitchen supplies available - it surpassed anything we've ever seen in a vacation rental before. This made meal preparation for our large group a breeze, and we were able to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together. The location of the house was another highlight. A short and easy walk to the private beach meant that we could effortlessly spend our days by the ocean, building sandcastles and soaking up the sun. It was incredibly convenient, especially with young children in tow. Moreover, the management team's quick response to a minor maintenance issue was impressive. They promptly resolved the matter, ensuring that our comfort was never compromised throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and are already planning our return. It catered perfectly to our large and diverse family, providing comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in abundance. We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway.

Bella Breeze has it all!

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house! The age range of our vacationers was age 3-83 and we were 18 people. We love the facts that the house has easy access to the beach without having to cross any roads, it has its own pool, there are individual bunk rooms with access to 1/2 bathrooms as well as master suites, there are two kitchens, a large family room, a wonderful long table so we could all sit together, plenty of kitchen supplies, and last but not least- there is an ice maker! We hope to return again.

Perfect Place for Large Group

Perfect home for the four families from gathering together for our annual family reunion. Each of the 11 bdrms had just the right bedding configurations and there was no wait for bathrooms. Also, rhe double kitchen was excellent as we cooked meals for the 28 of us daily and had plenty of beverages refrigerated for those hot summer days. The dining room table was absolutely awesome: everyone had a place to sit for all meals and to play cards/board games. The living room and bonus tv room next to it couldn’t be more ideal to let all of us relax and kick up our feet at the end of our days. As if this wasn’t enough, the beach access was super ideal, the private shoreline was stupendous, and the rinse off and pool when we returned to the home were perfect. We will DEFINITELY return to this home next year!!

Rough Start Great Stay

Our stay did not start out well as the cleaning crew was not done when we got there. We were unable to get in until one hour and twenty minutes after our allotted check in time. We had to stay outside in the heat with elderly grandmothers, an 8 month old, 1 year old, and 2 year old. While we did receive response from the property manager, it was quite some time after this occurred and we were only offered an “I’m sorry.” Then once we got in, it was not overly clean as we found items from the previous renters there like toys, a balloon, and trash still in various locations. While I understand things come up that are unforeseen, we were not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. We simply got a “sorry”. All of that being said, the house was a great size and a great location! We did love being so close to the beach and having a pool. We had a wonderful time and so it was a great ending to a rough start.

Our home away for 20 odd years. We had a great time as usual. The thing we like the most is that it doesn't change much. The working bikes (2) were a welcome addition. I would suggest you subscribe to an Internet TV like Youtube TV and scrap cable. So far I have not been able to reserve for next summer.

Amazing Family Vacation!

Lovely Home for a large family reunion on the beach

We are a family made up of 24 people (6 could not attend) who could attend that has not been together since 2014. The large dining table and large living area made for lively discussions and everyone got their fill of water whether it was in the Gulf or in the pool. The pool was the perfect size for our under 10 kids and there were lots of pool toys for us to play with already at the house. Two of us have trouble with stairs however as long as we limited our trips, we were able to handle them thanks to sturdy handrails. The management was very helpful with information prior to and during our stay. We as a family highly recommend this property. We came away with wonderful new memories. Thank you.
