The Space:

Morning light moves easily through multiple living spaces as the day begins, setting a relaxed rhythm for time spent together along the coast. Whether you’re easing into the day with coffee on a covered balcony or winding down by the pool after beach time, the home is designed to support both connection and comfort across every level.



The space

Seagrove Palace is a three-story, 10-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach created for large groups who want room to spread out while still sharing the experience. An in-home elevator connects all levels, making it easy to move between living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. With three separate living rooms, everyone can settle in at their own pace, whether that means quiet downtime or group gatherings.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 32 guests across 10 bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged for privacy. Eight king suites each feature an ensuite bathroom, offering comfortable retreats after full days out. Two bunk rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are designed for group-style sleeping and can accommodate eight guests per room. A half bath on the first floor adds extra convenience for shared spaces.



Kitchen & gathering spaces

The first floor centers around a well-equipped kitchen designed for cooking and gathering. With generous prep space and room to cook for a crowd, it opens directly to the main dining and living areas where meals naturally turn into long conversations. Additional living spaces on the second and third floors offer flexibility throughout the day, including a game room with a pool table for casual competition.



Outdoor living

Step into the private backyard where a swimming pool, waterfall feature, and hot tub create an inviting setting throughout the day. Pool heat is available seasonally from October through May by request for an additional fee. Outdoor seating and a grilling area make it easy to enjoy relaxed evenings after the beach, while covered balconies on the upper floors offer breezy spots to pause and recharge.



Amenities & convenience

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, kitchen, bathroom essentials, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and self check-in with a smart lock. Beach essentials are provided to simplify trips to the shore, and a 6-passenger golf cart is included for getting around the area with ease. Free parking is available on the premises, and long-term stays are allowed.



Location

Located along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, the home is a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach and places you near Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Restaurants, shops, galleries, and outdoor experiences throughout South Walton County are all within easy reach.



Perfect for large families, group retreats, and shared getaways, this home offers space, flexibility, and a relaxed coastal setting designed for time well spent together.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

Excellent location, close to beach. Having a golf cart was very helpful. The pool was a perfect afternoon activity. The 8 King better rooms were great. AC worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. 2 washers and dryers! Bradley, maintenance worked was efficient, courteous and so helpful. He is a great ambassador. A couple of areas to improve: a house this big should have two refrigerators, there were no towel racks in the bathrooms, the queen bunk beds were advertised for sleeping two people each. Upon arrival we found they were not very sturdy and had a weight limit of 250 lbs. 2 pre teens or teens don’t fit in each bed. The house more correctly sleeps 24 people or so, but not 32. We will definitely return in a couple of years and hope our suggestions are received.

This house far exceeded our expectations. The images do not do it justice. There is not a bad room in the whole house. The pool area and hot tub are so perfect for a large group. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a large group as well. LOVE! Everyone had such a great time. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the property's sheer size and how thoughtfully it was designed to accommodate large groups.The open floor plan on the first floor was a standout feature—plenty of room for everyone to gather, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The communal spaces on each floor were a delightful bonus, allowing guests to relax and socialize in smaller groups while still feeling connected.The location was ideal—ideally situated between the villages, making it easy for us to decide each day whether to head left or right for shopping, dining, and local attractions. The included 6-seater golf cart was a game-changer—it made getting around the area easy and fun, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with plenty of utensils and appliances—everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. But the real surprise? The stand-alone under-counter ice maker! Ladies and Young Girls Retreat

My group travels annually to different cites! Santa Rosa and the property did not disappoint! The house which included an elevator was absolutely beautiful and suited our needs perfectly! Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay was already provided in the home! Brian recommended a neighborhood resturant and the food was delicious! Our trip couldn't have been better and I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Wonderful large family beach house

The house was perfect for a large family reunion. Lots of common space downstairs for group hangouts. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and more ( large crockpot, instapot and ninja blender). A second fridge or drink fridge would have been nice for such a large house. Two washer dryers was awesome to have as well. The house faces west, so in the late afternoon it was awesome to stay cool a bit in the backyard on the patio during the summer heat. Help was very responsive too. We were counting on the pack n play in the description and couldn’t find one on site but they brought it out to us right away. Definitely would stay here again.

We just had the best time at Seagrove palace! Perfect fit for our family of 18. Plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The golf cart was convenient for quick shopping trips and scenic outings. Access to the beach was close by and easy to get to. We loved our stay!

This house was built for maximum enjoyment. The property manager was quick to reply always. The location is unbelievable. Having a golf cart is a game changer. Been coming to 30A for 10 years and this place takes the cake. Highly recommended. It’s so easy to enjoy!
