BORD DE MER REUNION Seagrove Beach est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances avec un grand groupe ou de rassembler ici pour une réunion de famille.
Cette maison est au sud de 30A (Gulfside - pas de rue à traverser pour aller à la plage), et ce est seulement une courte promenade de 10 minutes sur une route calme et plane avant vos orteils frappé la poudre de sable blanc immaculé,!
Mer RĂ©union dispose de dix chambres, huit salles de bains et deux salles de bains et demi. Il ya sept chambres avec lits King size, et 4 d'entre eux sont Master Suites!
Une caractĂ©ristique unique de cette maison est qu'il y a deux cĂŽtĂ©s - est et ouest - avec 2500 pieds carrĂ©s de chaque cĂŽtĂ©. Chaque cĂŽtĂ© a sa propre cuisine entiĂšrement meublĂ©e, espace de rassemblement spacieux, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, balcon extĂ©rieur et grande table Ă  manger. Vous pourrez circuler facilement entre les deux parties pour les repas et les jeux, mais les portes communicantes peuvent ĂȘtre fermĂ©s en cas de besoin pour la vie privĂ©e, ou si certains clients ont un coucher tĂŽt que les autres.
Vous et vos invités apprécierez la piscine privée chauffée (30x15) et notre proximité avec les établissements nocturnes, les restaurants et les magasins de Seaside (moins de 3 km), Seagrove, Grayton, Watercolor et Rosemary Beach.
Il ya une piste cyclable pavée de 19 mile long de l'autoroute 30A qui le rend sûr et amusant de monter votre vélo à toutes les communautés à proximité, et ce chemin est accessible à partir juste devant notre propriété!
Vous ne aurez probablement pas envie de quitter la zone 30A magnifique, mais si vous décidez de vous aventurer plus loin, Destin ou Panama City Beach sont seulement une courte 20-25 minutes.

Nice large house that accommodated all 30 people in our group. The pool/deck area was a good size too for all of us to hang out together. Two kitchens and eating areas with a door between worked great for us! We had a wonderful vacation with 3 generations of family at this house!

Outstanding rental

The house was as advertised, communication with the owner was excellent and accurate. We had 27 people with adults and children and the house slept everyone comfortably.I would recommend renting a golf cart for the trip to and from the beach as it is a bit of a walk as shared by the owner in the listing.

5 family vacation

We had 5 families with our 4 grown children and their husbands/wife and 9 grandchildren. There were 18 family members with 9 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 22. The communication with the hostess, Christie, was excellent—really quite remarkable. The home is a 2 story duplex that with the option to unlock doors upstairs for access for all members. There are 2 full kitchens and large living rooms on both sides. The bedrooms are large (much larger than expected) allowing all a lot of space for comfort. The pool is large and excellent for all family members to enjoy. The location is located close enough to access to the beach for convenience. We had 2 suvs and rented 1 golf cart which worked out great. It was 20 minutes to Publix and 30 minutes to Walmart. There were lots of close dining options and shopping at Seacrest was 15 minutes away by golf cart. It was an excellent experience and we will certainly return with the family.

Great house for a large group

The house was the perfect amount of space for our group of 30. We enjoyed having 2 kitchens, 2 washers & dryers, and 2 living rooms. Everyone loved the pool. We had a couple of maintenance issues (normal wear and tear) that were handled promptly. Communication was excellent!

great family vacation house

The 30A area is a perfect stretch of beach for a family vacation. We randomly picked this house because of the size, pool and proximity to the beach. It turned out to be perfectly located. The town of Seaside is delightful for kids. The beaches are so beautiful, including the lake at the end of the street, and the sandbar at the beach down the road. The house was large enough with enough bathrooms for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and spa. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues and Christie was very responsive. Otherwise all was exactly as we expected and we had a ball!

Perfect Family Beach area retreat!!

Kristy- the contact- was so easy to communicate with!!! We were there for a family wedding. 10 BR house was perfect
 2 kitchens & 2 Living rooms. Parking for 6-7 cars
 and a pool!!! Publix close by. Walk to beach was a little lengthy but it is doable and there is a wagon at the house. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Second time back

It was our second time staying and we'll likely stay again next year. Nothing over the top fancy but perfect for our big group of 6 families. Plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other with the added benefit of having two meal prep areas and plenty of parking for 6 cars. We'll be back!

Lots of room

We have a very large family of 24, and this house comfortably fit all of us with room to spare. Christie was very quick to respond to all inquiries and was a pleasure to work with. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away, which made for a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large group.

Not what was expected

Upon arriving at the house, even before we got inside, we observed broken glass bottles and trash in the landscaping, and the swimming pool was green with algae. The inside of the house was dirty, with the owner having to call the housekeepers and pool maintenance person to do what was supposed to be done before we arrived. The furniture and kitchen utensils were “tired” and worn, with most of it needing to be replaced. Multiple light bulbs were burned out in most rooms. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and wouldn’t pull out, toilet valve broken, with maintenance man coming to fix. The house hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time, and was dirty. The home owner did a good job of quickly contacting workers to come do their jobs, but she is managing the house long distance. Until she gets a local house manager, I’m thinking similar issues will continue.

Wonderful family reunion

We had the best time staying at this property for a family reunion! We had 18 family members and this house worked great for our group! Christie was wonderful to work with and made our stay that much better! Thankfully the weather cooperated & we had fun beach days followed by fun at the pool & house! The set up of the house is perfect for a large group. It was a great location for bike rides to multiple locations. We would definitely recommend the house. We had an issue with one of the toilets and it was taken care of immediately. List of positives from our experience could go on and on.

Large Group Accomodations.

The property was perfect for a large group of adults in town for a sporting event. It was clean and accommodated us great! Christie was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!!

Perfect for big groups

We had a group of 30- 12 adults and 18 kids from infant to 11 and this place was perfect. Plenty of parking, king sized beds for all the adults, kids loved the pool, close to the beach. There are a few parking spots by the Eastern lake access but you could also walk. The coastal lake is so nice for younger kids to play in. Overall, awesome experience, would definitely stay here again.

Great Escape!

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out for family vacation. Great pool, close to numerous public beaches. Quick and easy communication with owner when necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location

The house itself was very good. It was a big disappointment to our family to find so little EASY access to the beach in this whole area
even where there IS public access, there is virtually no parking or bathroom facilities (unlike much of the rest of 30A). The nearest public access was more than 1/2 mile away. If planning to spend some time ON the beach, a golf cart is necessary, not a luxury.

Great Family Trip

We loved staying at Seaside Reunion! We used the space for our family of 15 (8 adults, 7 kids ranging 6 months to 8 years). There were ample bedrooms/bathrooms and the pool was large enough for the entire family. It was so nice having two kitchen and living room spaces to spread out or closed off if needed. Christie was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly. Would highly recommend especially if staying with a large group!
